Adjacent to the Oceano Dunes Natural Preserve, enjoy direct access to dune hiking trails and the state vehicular recreation area.

UNIT A

Unit A has two suites and a loft.

The living area is outfitted with a comfy sectional, a TV, and a gas fireplace.

Channel your inner chef in the kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances. Sip coffee at the bar for four. When you're ready to eat, gather at the dining table for eight.

The private rooftop deck boasts panoramic views that span ocean to mountains.

UNIT B

Unit B has two suites and a loft.

The living area features a sofa, a TV, and a gas fireplace.

Find stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. The dining table seats four.

Step out to the furnished interior patio for alfresco privacy. The view on the rooftop balcony encompasses the ocean and the dunes.

UNIT C

Unit C has one bedroom and a double sofa bed.

Unwind on the sofa bed in the living area and stream shows on the smart TV.

Prepare delicious dishes in the full kitchen and dine at the table for two.

Each unit includes complimentary Wi-Fi. Units A & B each have an in-unit washer/dryer.

Parking is available for four cars, with two in the garage, one in the driveway, and one in the reserved parking lot space.

Heat is provided via the fireplace in the Unit A living area and space heaters in each unit. The property does not have air-conditioning.

Units A & B each span two levels and have step-free access from the driveway. Unit C is on the second level; access is via a flight of exterior stairs.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
