The Luxury Residence the Ocean Dream IV is located in Primošten, one of the most beautiful Croatian cities. This Villa offers a luxury vacation and only the best for all guests. It has an area of 380 m2, covers 3 floors, and has 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 people what makes it perfect for a family vacation with kids. The ground floor has a living room and dining area which have an opening to terrace, as well as the fully equipped kitchen which leads to another terrace. Both terraces have beautiful sea views. The lower level has a sauna with shower, an atrium with greenery, an indoor pool where you have the possibility for countercurrent swimming which is opened to a terrace with deck chairs.The bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two of them have a king size bed and the third has twin beds. Every bedroom is air-conditioned, has a shower/toilet and a SAT TV. Two bedrooms have a French balcony and an opening to a loggia with a sea view.
TheLuxury Residence The Ocean Dream IV has fitness equipment foryour personal exercise. With a surcharge, you can have a variety of services to feel royal, like chef/cook service, excursions, laundry and ironing service, babysitting, daily maid service, etc. Spa treatment is free. The whole Villa is air-conditioned, has free access to Wi-Fi, free toiletries, and a private parking. On request, we can give you a baby cot and a baby chair.This Villa has also a cafe and lounge bar.
The Luxury Residence The Ocean Dream IV has arocky/shingle beachwhichis available for all guests. Sunbeds and umbrellasare included. Here you can enjoy your cocktails while sunbathing and having a spectacular sea view. More sea activities can be done to experience something new like parasailing, surfing, kayaking, etc.
BecausePrimošten is located in the middle of Dalmatia, you can visit almost the whole Dalmatia from here for example cities under UNESCO protection - Split and Trogir; the most popular national parks - Kornati and Krka; or take a boat excursion to islands of Hvar, Brač, Šolta, Kornati, etc. You can also gain new gastronomic experiencesby visiting our beautiful vineyards, go to agrotourism estates, wine tasting, or one of our numerous restaurants.

Ideal villa, great view

This vacation was an absolute relaxation for us. The accommodation is very modern and clean, full of sun. The rooms are perfectly sized, ideal for a family vacation. The person who greeted us in the villa was very nice as well as Darijo from the agency. We will book again through this agency when we decide to visit Croatia. Highly recommended!

Excellent choice for our holiday!

This villa was an excellent choice for our holiday! We wanted a great place for our action-packed holiday and this was it! The villa's position is equal to none, we loved the modern exterior, the pool area, the beach within the walking distance. The people from the agency were also excellent and they organized several day trips for us. Recommendations!

Awesome place!

My friends and I had a fabulous week in Primosten! The villa, sea view, and the pool are breathtaking. The agency suggested Primosten for our vacation and it was a great choice. Beautiful Primosten, sunny villa

My husband chose this villa. He wanted to visit Primosten because his ancestors are from this area. We really enjoyed ourselves there. The villa is beautiful, modern, and comfortable, furnished to every detail. I liked the beach the most! We also went to Split one day and the city is absolutely incredible. The concierge service from the agency was very cooperative, Mrs. Lucija organized everything we needed. We will recommend it to all our friends!

Great location

The location of the villa is great. Overlooking a bay it offers its guest most memorable sun risings and sunsets! The house is modernly furnished with all the amenities you could possibly need. Terrace with lots of greenery was excellent! All in all, beautiful modern villa and a memorable vacation.

Magnificent view

Great stay! It was so clean and spacious with such a magnificent view. All the way down you have your own private beach where you can just jump into the sea. Perfect location if you don't like a noisy town and if you still like to be close to different activities such as Trogir, Split and the waterfalls of Krka. Really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa overlooking the bay and away from the busy tourist center. Very newly built but well marked on Google. Modernly furnished and excellently equipped wit all the amenities one might need. Spacious indoor and outdoor and lots of greenery around the villa. Great place to relax completely.

Perfect vacation

Perfect place to rest and enjoy the Mediterranean. Modern interior and lots of greenery around the villa. Fantastic villa

We had a fantastic week in Primosten staying at this great villa. The villa is modern and has everything you need. The hosts was very friendly, welcoming and helped us with what we needed. They also arranged the transport from and to the airport. The house is located 40 minutes from Split airport. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend it.

Excellent villa

Excellent villa some 5 minute drive to the old town Primosten. It has it`s own private beach which was great because you could lay on the deck chair and just enjoy the sounds of the sea undisturbed. Great place for a complete rest!
