VILLA SEASIDE WITH SWIMMING POOL WIFI AIR CONDITIONING
In the heart of the village of Nianing, BAOBAB area, rent beautiful house 160m ² of full feet fully furnished in the European style, all comfort with private pool not overlooked, about 300 m from the beach, 200 sqm roof terrace, swimming pool 5x10.
Nianing is located 80 kms from DAKAR 15 km from Saly and the small coast.
If you wish, Alliou - the caretaker, can come to welcome you at the airport - cost of transportation extra.
Visits or excursions are possible, to see with the caretaker who has an air-conditioned vehicle in good condition for your displacements (cost to negotiate directly with him).
Possibility of fishing at sea, quad rental, ride buggy etc. to see on the spot.
Maid presents every day from 10:00 to 16:00 except Sundays, who can prepare your meals for lunch.
Guardian present every day for cleaning the pool and exteriors.
Ability to have fresh fish delivered daily
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, the covered terrace is equipped with fans, the kitchen is equipped and equipped.

Die Fotos im Internet sind nicht aktuell
Die Küche ist eine Zumutung.Die Spüle ist eklig, in den Küchenschränken riecht es sehr unangenehm,die Geschirrtücher verfleckt, wir haben eine eigene Spülschüssel und Spüllappen gekauft und mit Küchenrollen abgetrocknet. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer verwohnt und zusammengestoppelt.Nur das Schlafzimmer und Bad im Obergeschoss ist total neu und super.Warum steht im Internet Kinder sind nicht erlaubt, es steht aber ein Baby etc in einem Schlafziimmer und ein zusätzliches Etagenbett im 2.Schlafzimmer. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem heutigen Stand.
Der Hausmeister Aliou war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Die Hausdame war nett.
Zusammengefasst: das Haus ist gut, aber das Erdgeschoss muss komplett möbelmässig überholt werden.

Nous sommes sur place dans quelques jours et verrons le soucis. Les deux chambres du bas ainsi que la salle de bain du bas ont été totalement refaites au mois de septembre 2022 et les photos sur le site datent de cette période, je ne comprends pas votre observation.
Concernant la cuisine, le personnel a été surpris de votre observation quand aux odeurs dans les placards et le manque de vaisselle, ce point sera vérifié également.
