Located in the center of Tuscany, San Ottaviano is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature of the Tuscan Maremma.

Surrounded by hills covered with woods and green fields, San Ottaviano is a historic large farm consisting of four structures and two large swimming pools.

The apartment is an unique cottage with loft on 2 levels, independent kitchen, bathroom with shower, in the living room two single beds, loft with double bed. Very spacious and bright. Private enclosed garden with veranda, table and chairs. Close to the swimming pool.

From the solarium of the panoramic pool you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape.

The restaurant offers a menu based on typical Tuscan dishes, made with local and seasonal products and therefore subject to availability of the day.
The large international breakfast buffet is included in the price and includes coffee, local products, fresh bread, homemade cakes, juices, yogurt, ham, cheese and more.

The company produces its own craft beer (Birra de 'Neri), extra virgin olive oil, jams, honey, and from 2018 beef and eggs.

In less than 30 minutes you can reach the coast and many typical medieval villages such as Suvereto, Castagneto Carducci, Massa Marittima, and Populonia.

It is possible to participate in horse-riding activities such as lessons or walks at our riding school.

We invite our customers to take advantage of our marked trails and the map of the company that will take you to find all our animals: donkeys, cows, horses, bees, hens and our cat!

San Ottaviano

San Ottaviano ist eigentliche eine schöne Anlage. Trotzdem entsprach der Aufenthalt aufgrund der FeWo-Beschreibung überhaupt nicht unserer Vorstellung. Unser Zimmer war definitiv zu klein für einen Ferienaufenthalt von 2 Wochen. SEHR ringhörig, keine Abstell-/Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad sowie kein nutzbarer Kleiderschrank (feucht und nur mit Kleiderbügeln bestückt). Die Online-Beschreibung passte nicht zu unserem Zimmer (hat nichts mit Hotel zu tun, Bezeichnung B&B wäre ok)! Hätten wir die Chance bekommen ein Zimmer für 3 Personen (im selben Gebäude) zu erhalten, wäre unser Urlaub eventuell entspannter verlaufen. Der Begriff Wohnung gemäss FeWo-Beschreibung stimmt u.E. nicht, es handelt sich um ein Einzelzimmer mit Schrankküche, welche nicht zum Kochen einlädt. WC-Papier!, Frottée- und Bettwäsche erhielten wir erst auf Verlangen. Sehr eintöniges Frühstück (@Fewo: Umfangreiches internationales Frühstück sieht anders aus). Beschreibung Fewo: "Kinder nicht erlaubt, Haustiere nicht erlaubt" - während unseres Aufenthaltes wimmelte es von Kindern und Hunden. Zusammenfassung: Beschreibung entspricht nicht der Realität...
