Located in the center of Tuscany, San Ottaviano is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature of the Tuscan Maremma.

Surrounded by hills covered with woods and green fields, San Ottaviano is a historic large farm consisting of four structures and two large swimming pools.

The apartment is an unique cottage with loft on 2 levels, independent kitchen, bathroom with shower, in the living room two single beds, loft with double bed. Very spacious and bright. Private enclosed garden with veranda, table and chairs. Close to the swimming pool.

From the solarium of the panoramic pool you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape.

The restaurant offers a menu based on typical Tuscan dishes, made with local and seasonal products and therefore subject to availability of the day.
The large international breakfast buffet is included in the price and includes coffee, local products, fresh bread, homemade cakes, juices, yogurt, ham, cheese and more.

The company produces its own craft beer (Birra de 'Neri), extra virgin olive oil, jams, honey, and from 2018 beef and eggs.

In less than 30 minutes you can reach the coast and many typical medieval villages such as Suvereto, Castagneto Carducci, Massa Marittima, and Populonia.

It is possible to participate in horse-riding activities such as lessons or walks at our riding school.
