Aparthotel 10m beach and restaurants only 45min BCN train:
The apartment of 50m2 is in the old fishing district of Baix a Mar in front of the beach, 100m from the RENFE train station, 21km from the Reus Airport and 27km from Port Aventura. It is located on the seashore with sea views and many restaurants, shops and wide parking in the area. The two rooms are composed of a double bed and two single beds, plus a sofa-bed for two in the living room. There is a full bathroom, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, central air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV and wifi throughout the establishment. In the community solarium you will find hammocks and open-season jacuzzi from 01/06 to 30/09. The check-in is done in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm, but you can arrive at any time with the smartlock code. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Schöner Blick, Zweckmäßige Einrichtung

Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon ist einmalig! Der Strand schön breit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schlicht eingerichtet und die Zimmer relativ klein. Dafür sind die Schränke gut durchdacht und man hat ausreichend Stauraum. Der in der Anzeige beschriebene Trockner war nicht vorhanden. Außerdem haben wir einen Staubsauger sehr vermisst, da man natürlich immer Sand vom Strand mitbringt. Im Bad lief immer wieder Wasser aus der Wand, wenn die Nachbarn über uns duschten. Trotz sofortiger Information an die Verwaltung ist in den drei Tagen bis zur Abreise nichts passiert und es kam auch keine Entschuldigung für die Unnahmlichkeiten im Nachhinein. Fazit: Zweckmäßige Wohnung, etwas mehr Komfort und Engagement wäre wünschenswert.

Avons passe un très bon séjour. L appartement est bien situe pour visiter. La gare a proximité facilite les déplacements. Attention en été, le parking sera pas forcément simple à trouver. Très bon accueil.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in bester Lage. Supermarkt um die Ecke, gute Restaurants am Strand. Ausstattung könnte mit Standardprodukten wie Salz, Pfeffer, Essig & Öl sowie Putzutensilien wie Wischmop, Staubsauger noch optimiert werden. TV mit deutschen Programmen haben wir vermisst. Wir würden dieses Apartment wieder buchen , die Sonnenaufgänge beim Frühstück waren phantastisch!

La anfitriona, Dolors, solucionó nuestras consultas y no atendió muy bien. Nos encantó el balcón con vistas al mar y que estaba muy buen equipado, no le faltaba nada. Totalmente recomendable.

No doubt it is a great position just "over the beach". Apartment includes all comfort and for me valid for max 4 adults. I didn't find the hairdryer which was written in confirmation and in my opinion basic for such kind of apartment. I have to say that I mentioned it and they tried to solve the matter. Some small imperfections should be solved before customer arrives and I told about to them and they really tried to manage to repair , however I think that considering price the comfort has to be 100%. A last suggestion for managera is that they shld consider foreign cuatomers like me who cannot arrive by plane with some essentials like bath-paper or even a soap to wash hands upon arrival. This kind of details should improve the level of Claustre appartments for a very simple thing. I rented a lot in private houses and 99 % of times I found even all the necessary for a complimentary breakfast the first day. Of course is not included is only a detail already common when you ren to al
