This modern, luxurious self-catering apartment is spaciously designed and stylishly decorated. It is perfect for all ages who just want to relax and long-term renters. Located in the trendy Kastanienallee, not far from the lovely Helmotzplatz and Kollwitzplatz areas, as well as from Mitte's main attractions, this beautiful, spacious top floor, one-bedroom apartment is perfect for people keen to experience the magic of authentic-Berlin-meets-modern-era accommodation. The apartment is situated in Prenzlauerberg, one of the coziest places in Berlin. Chic and trendy site-specific furniture combined with wooden parquet and old ceilings, and more than anything else, the wonderful Jakuzzi, make the space a warm and welcoming refuge after a day out in the city. The apartment has only one bedroom, nevertheless it works since years very well for families or groups of 4. The reason is that both the bedroom and the other big room, where the red sofabed is located, have their own separate access to the bathroom. So none needs to enter the others room at night. During the morning, the red sofa can be converted back to a sofa with one hand in 3 seconds!, because you can leave the sheets inside. Than you can reopen it in the evening and the bed is already done. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Excellent public transport connections take you into Mitte in about 10 minutes, where you can visit main Berlin attractions such as Alexanderplatz, Museum Island or Hackescher Markt. Nearby U-Bahn: Eberswalder Strasse (U2); Nearby S-Bahn: Schönhauser Allee (Ringbahn); nearby Tram (M1 and 12).
CENTRAL PRENZLAUERBERG
This is Berlin's über-trendy district, a favourite with young crowds and artsy types who frequent its terrace cafés, kitsch boutiques and alternative-style bars around Kollwitzplatz, or the Kulturbrauerei, an old brewery with shops and nightlife. About the area: Countless pubs, restaurants, cafés, galleries and little shops create a day and nightlife atmosphere unrivalled in the rest of Berlin. Along with Schöneberg and Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg is a focal point of the Berlin art scene. Along with Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg it is also a popular neighbourhood with the student population. Prenzlauer Berg is one of the most popular central districts in Berlin and one of the prettiest neighbourhoods, still central, yet quieter than Berlin Mitte. Much of Prenzlauer Berg escaped damage in the second world war and post war redevelopment. Nowadays Prenzlauer Berg offers trendy shopping with many street style fashion designers selling their wares in trendy boutiques.
