House with pines Stylish country home
A country house located near the park of the Madonie at 9km from the sandy beaches of the beautiful Norman town of Cefalu '.
The 2 bedroom house is ideal for a family or friends.
On the ground floor there is an inviting sofa and a rocking chair in front of the stone fireplace, the dining area where you can comfortably seat 6 and a well-equipped kitchenette.
There is also a cloakroom and a small utility room / pantry.
From the kitchenette, French doors lead to the outdoor kitchen area. A large dining table invites you to dine "al-fresco" and enjoy amazing barbecues.
There is also an enclosed solar powered outdoor shower.
On the 1st floor at the large master bedroom and the twin bedroom. The family bathroom is also in the 1st floor. There is a bathtub with a shower above the bath.
In the Italian custom there is a bidet and majolica tiles floor.
The mature large Mediterranean garden provides the perfect spot to chill and sunbathe. Eolian Islands in the distance.
The car park by the entrance gate provides a park for 2 cars.
Hiring a car is highly recommended.
