About this property

Steps from the Ocean

Sunrise Guest House is an ocean view home with 5 bedrooms and five bathrooms. Our home is located directly across the street from the ocean with a private path leading to the most beautiful white sandy beach. We are within walking distance to the village of Montauk which is less than a mile away and we have bikes that are available for our guests to enjoy if they wish.. We are literally steps from a beautiful beach that is all but secluded. We have three 300 sq. ft. master suites with breathtaking ocean views, fireplaces, and all have ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and wifi are in each suite for your enjoyment. There are two additional guest rooms each with their own bath as well. House has a front porch overlooking the ocean. Our porch is a great place to sit and relax and watch and listen to the waves. We have beach chairs, bikes, towels, and umbrellas that are provided for your stay. If you are looking to get back to nature, Montauk has amazing nature trails to visit and enjoy as well as beaches. The beach in front of our house is all but secluded. Enjoy what Montauk is all about with this perfect social distancing retreat. We offer a work-from-home alternative for people that want to relax and get away. We have fast wifi and comfortable workspaces overlooking the ocean.

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Love the house and space was perfect for us. The stocked coffee bar was a bonus. Loved getting up and having my coffee on the porch staring at the ocean and so convenient to be able to walk to town. We will definitely book again :)

Off season getaway

Wonderful stay in Montauk!

This property is perfect for a group/family trip to Montauk! It is spacious with a large kitchen, tons of outdoor space and most of the rooms have en suite bathrooms. Check-in was easy through a code system and just across the road is beautiful beach. The host was immediately responsive when we had issues accessing the wifi and made the stay seamless throughout!

Fantastic location, easy process

We had a great week in Montauk. You are not only right off the beach, but you end up having a large section of beach to yourself most days. The house is easy to access, has plenty of queen size beds and bathrooms, and the kitchen / cooking arrangement worked great for us. Highly recommended.

Great Family Getaway Weekend

We stayed for the weekend with our teens. The setup is great and well set up for your stay. Loved that we had spaces to gather and to separate- plus no competition for a bathroom! The view is stunning and a short walk to the beach for beautiful sunrises. Would’ve loved to stay longer and hope to return in the future!

Wonderful Wedding Week

Sunrise B&B was the best!!! Such an amazing place to gather for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The house was roomy, comfortable, and homey! And the incredible view!! The Atlantic Ocean right at your door! Many hours were spent on the great front porch watching whales, seals, and the waves!
