This villa is located in a private resort in the Mamaia Nord area at only 375 meters from the beach. It's my favorite and one of the best properties I have. I often spend my time here in the extra-season.
Reserving this holiday home you have access to all the facilities of the complex: restaurant, breakfast room, 2 swimming pools, reserved parking in front of the villa, playgrounds, pontoon, gardens and green spaces. Now I will tell you about the villa: has an area of ​​180 square meters and is disposed on 2 floors, ground floor and first floor. Ground floor: living room with open-space kitchen, 2 dining areas inside and outside the villa, private terrace 10 places, professional grill with wood and charcoal included. The kitchen has a 4-burner cooking hob, oven, full dishes for 10 people, tableware, glassware, refrigerator with freezer; In the living room there is a bathroom with a shower cabin. Also on the ground floor are armchairs and one big sofa bed for 2 people.
The villa has 2 individual private entrances that communicate directly with the reserved seats in front of the villa.
On the first floor of the villa there are 4 separate bedrooms with balcony and each one has one air conditioning.
Also upstairs there are 2 bathrooms with shower cabin.
Normally upstairs can stay in good conditions for 8 people and down in the living room for 2 people. There were situations when additional beds were added to the bedrooms at the request of the clients. Depends on the structure of your group: with or without children, group of friends, etc. Swimming pools open between 25 june - 10 september. The villa is rented as a 3-star standard: all consumables are included for bathrooms and kitchen, housekeeping is at your request and there is no extra charge for this service.
Fresh linen and towels included.At reception you can leave clothes dry and washed within 5 kg is included.
