Set in a traditional Andalusian style complex, close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants, this very light, spacious, and well furnished, first floor 2 bedroom apartment has the following accommodation.
There is a spacious open plan living and dining area. Leading off the hallway is the kitchen with all the facilities required. The master bedroom is accessed off the lounge and has a large en suite bathroom and extensive wardrobes, there is access to the south facing terrace off this bedroom, The second bedroom has two single beds and extensive wardrobe space. The bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom. The South facing dining terrace is accessed off the lounge.
There is an underground garage with allocated parking space for those wishing to hire a car.
In the complex itself, you have a large communal pool, set to the side of this is a shaded children´s pool. Close by this is a communal heated pool. The complex has the benefit of 24 hour security.

We have owned our apartment since 2012 and have stayed in the resort for many years before this. We love the complex because it is always safe and clean with lovely pools onsite. There is also great access to a very good super market and many restaurants, the port and beautiful beaches. There is also so much more to explore on the Costa del Sol if you hire a car.
Why they chose this property
Our property is light and bright with a lovely sunny balcony. When on holiday I love to sit on the balcony and enjoy breakfast in the sunshine.
