Owners live upstairs, and when home, you may hear footsteps occasionally or distant sound of voices. No space is shared except for the laundry room.

Property backs the golf course where there is a lovely pond and endless views. In the winter there is a sledding hill, cross country skiing trails, horse drawn sleigh rides, and lots of room for snowshoeing.

Powder Mountain Ski Resort is a 15 minute drive, Snowbasin is 30. A wonderful tree lined lake for boating and paddle boarding is 5 minutes away, paved trails and the grocery store close enough and town center close enough to bike to.

Dogs considered on a case-by-case basis with additional $100 per pet fee (per stay unless stay is more than one month, and then is monthly).
