Casa Malvasia is located on the second floor of an old Aeolian house. The beautiful sea view and the presence of two large terraces and a garden give the house particular value. Casa Malvasia has been restored respecting the Aeolian architectural models, preserving the typical bisuoles and wolves. the result is a comfortable, fresh and elegant home suitable for the needs of a couple seeking relaxation and tranquility.
Casa Malvasia is a 5-minute walk from the center of Malfa, in a quiet area surrounded by vineyards and cappereti.
To access the house you pass through the internal garden, full of jasmine, lemon and oleander plants.
A driveway in the garden leads to the internal patio where there is a comfortable outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off once you get back from the sea. A large arch opens the view on the village of malfa and on a fragrant cappereto. From the inner patio a path leads to the solarium, one. that you meet is a gracious kitchen. Continuing on, you enter a large double bedroom with two large windows overlooking the sea. A window allows entry to the terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the center of Malfa and the sea.

Wunderschönes altes Haus

Fantastisch renoviert und mit sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail ausgestattet. Es gibt Garten mit Zitrusfrüchten und Blumen, Außendusche und -becken (sehr praktisch), eine schöne Küche, drei Terrassen mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und Umgebung. Sehr ruhig, trotzdem nur ca. 5 Minuten von Ortsmitte entfernt. Sehr zum Empfehlen!

Soggiorno ideale

Soggiorno oltre le aspettative. La posizione della casa (raggiungibile a piedi dal centro di Malfa ma defilata e tranquilla) e la veranda sul mare garantiscono un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. La casa è semplice ma dotata di tutti i comfort, molto apprezzata la doccia esterna. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Casa in posizione perfetta

Magnifica vista sul mare. Molto ventilata e fresca. La casa è essenziale come la vita sull’isola. Ottima e ampia la camera da letto. Forse sarebbe meglio eliminare i tappetini dal bagno per una migliore pulizia e la tendina di plastica. Cucina con attrezzature essenziali ma funzionali per un pasto veloce. In ogni caso un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La terrazza ripaga L’essenzialità della casa.

Siamo stati molto bene. La casa é esattamente quello che cercavamo.

Nonostante qualche problemino, rapidamente e gentilmente risolto dal proprietario, casa Malvasia é una casetta piena di charme e vicinissima al centro di Malfa. Ci ha permesso, una volta di più, di godere le bellezze di Salina, sentendoci a casa nostra. Torneremo.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa Malvasia, una casa piena di fascino e di luce, dove la natura esterna entrava con i suoi colori e i suoi profumi, rendendo piacevole anche l'oziare. Soprattutto la presenza dei vari terrazzi e del giardino consente di godere di bellissimi scorci panoramici, con la possibilità di prendere anche il sole.La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla di Malfa, che permette di arrivare nel centro del paese con una breve e piacevole passeggiata.L'appartamento era molto pulito ed attrezzato e con la possibilità di rivolgersi per qualsiasi necessità alla signora incaricata alla sua gestione.Anche l'accoglienza è stata cordiale. La casa ha inoltre un parcheggio coperto, comodo per chi raggiunge l'isola con l'auto. Nelle vicinanze è possibile fare acquisti e ci sono ristoranti per tutti i gusti. Noi in particolare abbiamo seguito le preziose indicazioni della proprietaria e ci siamo più volte recati presso il Bar Rosticceria Malvasia, vicino alla chiesa, dove oltre ad un ricco menù, viene proposto un piatto del giorno sempre su ricette di tradizione locale. Sicuramente ci sentiamo di consigliare questa struttura a parenti ed amici e speriamo proprio di poterci a breve ritornare.
