Santa Teresa di Gallura - large apartment on the ground floor, in the Porto Quadro Residence (3 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura) surrounded by nature, with a beautiful view of Corsica, just 100 meters from the sea. Finely furnished, consisting of large living room, two double bedrooms, each with its own exclusive bathroom, for a total of 6 beds. Patio with private garden well equipped for outdoor dining. Wi-Fi internet connection inside the apartment. Self check-in.
The tourist tax €2,50/person per night to be paid in cash on arrival for a max. of 15 nights stay from 1 June to 30 September. Children under 11 yrs old are exampt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Elena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin: immer freundlich, super schnelle Antworten, sehr entgegenkommend und hilfbereit. Sie gab uns tolle Tipps, Ihre Beschreibungen waren sehr genau und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Ferienanlage. Wir wissen nicht wie es ist, wenn zur Hauptsaison alles voll ist; im Sptember war das kein Problem, die meisten Wohnunngen waren leer. Ein Auto ist unverzichtbar (wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt). Die Gegend ist toll! Liebe Elena, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Wohnung.

Appartement spacieux dans une belle résidence avec vue mer

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement très spacieux et propre. Les lits sont confortables. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires, arrangeants et disponibles, qui nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils pour visiter la région. Juste une petite déception par rapport à l'annonce car la vue mer n'est pas directe depuis l'appartement, mais il y a un accès à la plage à pieds en 10/15 min. Je recommande cette location pour visiter la belle région de la Gallura.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung in der Annonce und ist sehr schön auf den Hügeln von Santa Teresa gelegen. Hauptattraktion an der Wohnung ist sicherlich die Terrasse und der schöne Blick in die Bucht. Auch der Hausstrand (ca. 10 min zu Fuß) ist recht schön. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief immer wunderbar und alles war bestens organisiert und problemlos, inklusive Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Ruhig gelegen mit Parkplatz vor der Wohnung. Bei starkem Wind starker Luftzug durch das Haus. Ein wichtiges Kriterium bei der Wahl und Buchung dieser Wohnung war das Vorhandensein einer guten Internetverbindung, da wir während unseres Aufenthaltes Homeoffice machen wollten. Leider fiel die Internetverbindung an einem Tag mehrere Stunden aus und war daher nicht gut geeignet für unseren Zweck. Das Netzwerk auf Sardinien erscheint uns aber generell nicht besonders gut ausgebaut zu sein. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der ausblick zum Meer. Sehr ruhig und freundliche Menschen. Küche gut ausgestatet.Nur der Fernseher ging nicht kein Empfang. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

Perfetto!

Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone e abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nella settimana di ferragosto. La casa è ampia, ventilata, luminosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Al nostro arrivo era pulita e ordinata. Nonostante l'appartamento si trovi all'interno di un contesto con molte unità abitative gode di un'ottima privacy. Dal terrazzo è possibile ammirare un panorama stupendo. La spiaggia più vicina dista 10 minuti a piedi mentre a poco passi da casa si può fare un bagno tra gli scogli. Per i servizi occorre andare a Santa Teresa che dista 10 minuti in macchina. La proprietaria, contattata telefonicamente, è stata gentilissima e disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni richieste fin da prima della prenotazione. Una volta sul posto ha poi accolto tutte le nostre richieste rispondendo sempre in modo tempestivo e positivo, dimostrando una generosità che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Consigliato!

Great stay

The appartment is rather spacious and well-equipped. It is quite far in the north, so you definitely need a car to get around. A nice beach is not far from the house. The owner is very supportive and was always available for any request or need we had. She provided quite a lot of information in advance.

großzügige, schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles Benötigte vorhanden, 2 Bäder. Ausblick ins Grüne. In der Nähe ein kleiner Strand mit Kneipe, die aber Mitte Juni noch geschlossen hatte. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Perfect

This is a great place to stay and explore northern Sardinia. It was just my girlfriend and I staying so there was lots of room and it would also be ideal for four people. The bed was huge and comfortable. The apartment is cool so even though it was hot (27 - 30 .c) we slept well at night. We like to cook as well as eat out and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was also perfect for us - peaceful and out of the way but still close enough to Santa Teresa, the sea is a two minute walk, there are beautiful views over Corsica and there are stunning beaches all along the coast between Santa Teresa and Castelsardo. The hosts are lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend!

Well equipped apartment in a nice summer-village., situated on a rocky sea-shore. It is situated at about 3 - 4 kilometres from Santa Teresa di Gallura, and there are nice sandy beaches nearby, at Capo Falconara,, Capo Testa - Santa Reparata and others. The rooms are perfect, the kitchen is well equipped. We have prepared fine seafood dishes from orada, branzino, pesce spada etc. The local wines are excellent. We admired the sunrise from the large terrace, ad the sunset from the rocky seaside . We have visited Palau, and from there we shipped to La Maddalena island. There is a place not far from the home " Porto Quadro" / some 23 km/, named Luogosanto, where one can find several nice churches and living places of hermits of ancient times. Our favorit "spiaggia" was Conca Verde - / the Green Shell / abt 16 km from the house, there were days when we went there two times a day.: in the morning, and after the post-dinner rest, late in the afternoon. Perfect place for a nice holiday.
