Excellent property, with superb swimming pool, in relaxing location but close to coast, so super easy to get to restaurants, beaches etc. Very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. nice welcome pack left for us upon arrival. Really helpful agents so whole check in process was extremely smooth. Only minor point is that full air-conditioning in all the bedrooms would be a plus (currently only two of the four have full AC, the other two have temporary mobile units).

Wonderful retreat

Great retreat, a wonderful stay!

I really was impressed with the pictures on this website, but the villa is even more beautiful and luxurious in real. We've had a great time enjoying the first sun rays after the cold winter. The villa is spacious and fits a large family. It is wel equipped as well. You can find everything you need. The house was clean and in good condition. There are some supermarkets in the neighbourhood, but I recommend the market, where you can find the fresh products. Try some meals in the small restaurants in de village, you'll be amazed! I would really recommend this accommodation to my family and friend. We certainly want to go back!

op de site staat bij airco : ja, dan kan je ervan uitgaan dat er overal airco is. Echter is er maar in één slaapkamer airco aanwezig. Het huis word verhuurt tot 8 personen, de ijskast in de keuken is vel te klein voor het aantal personen. Jammer genoeg was dit de enige ijskast in het hele huis. Ook waren er in de keuken, eetkamer en het zwembad geen 8 stoelen voorzien, max 6..De tuin, terrassen en tegels rond het zwembad zijn slecht onderhouden en kunnen een renovatie gebruiken. De tegels rond het zwembad zijn zeer glad als ze in aanraking komen met water. De waterdruk bij alle kranen is zeer laag, een buitendouche zou een meerwaarde zijn. Alle toiletten zijn in de badkamers. Het huis was zeer netjes bij aankomst, lakens en handdoeken waren fris gewassen. Het koppel dat ons verwelkomde was zeer vriendelijk en gaf ons de nodige info. Een grote pluim voor hen.

Dank voor uw uitgebreide reactie. We hebben van het echtpaar dat u heeft ontvangen en begeleid begrepen dat u een fijne vakantie hebt gehad. Via VRBO ontvangen wij tot maximaal zes volwassenen en twee kinderen in ons huis. Zoals ook in uw geval. Privé, met familie en vrienden, hebben we vaak grotere groepen, tot wel tien personen. Met vijf slaapkamers, drie badkamers, drie eettafels, zitjes en tuinstoelen op meerdere terrassen, negen ligbedden en een normale koel-vries combinatie, zijn onze gasten in het algemeen juist verrast hoe ruim het vakantiehuis is. Hetzelfde genoemde echtpaar dat het huis zo schoonhoudt, onderhoudt en verzorgt ook wekelijks met liefde de terrassen (inclusief antislip tegels rondom het zwembad) en de tuinen. De renovatie van de terrassen is voor volgend jaar inderdaad ingepland. Wij adverteren via VRBO in de UK en op hun website staat correct beschreven welke slaapkamers beschikken over vaste of mobiele airconditioning in combinatie met plafondventilatoren. Hoe deze informatie wordt vertaald naar websites in andere landen kunnen wij niet beïnvloeden. Jammer wanneer daarbij een verkeerde indruk is gewekt.

Wij, een gezin van 4 hebben het heerlijk gehad. Het huis is fijn en het zwembad is top. De ligging van het huis is prettig. Je bent binnen enkele minuten in Sitges en dan kun je gemakkelijk met de trein naar Barcelona.

Fabulous Villa

We had a fabulous fortnight at this amazing villa. Everything was perfect from the booking process through to leaving today. We arrived on a fairly late flight and the property managers were at the house to greet us, having done some shopping for us The villa is in a great location near beaches, Sitges and Barcelona, but in a small development with great views. It is well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and we felt the photos don’t do justice to how really lovely it is. The pool is secluded and well maintained and perfect for lazing around by. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa.

Lovely property in a great location

Photos do no do the property justice we were 2 families and there was plenty of room and you can sleep over 5 rooms. the pool is a good size and we loved it was salt water. Everything well equipped in the kitchen You do need a car but can easily get a taxi in Sitges where the train links to Barcelona are frequent

Très belle villa

Très belle villa dans lotissement à Canyelles, très bien équipée, les gérants sont très sympa et réactifs en cas de problème, seul point noir, la présence de nombreux chiens dans les environs qui crient à n'importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit.

Situation très agréable entre mer et montagne, très joli cadre. Accueil personnalisé.

Très bon accueil, villa impeccable, panorama sur la montagne, beaux espaces extérieurs avec plusieurs dénivelés, la piscine bien entretenue, ventilation efficace ou climatisation des chambres. Belles balades au départ de la location. Les plages de Sitges à 10mn, Montserrat à 45mn, Barcelone par le train ou voiture. Un séjour réussi à 100%.

nice house, lovely pool

We had a lovely stay in this villa. The pool is wonderful and have a great size. Nice outside furnitures and plenty of umbrellas to make shade all day. Poul and Karen where really helpfull and knows a lot of what to see in the area.

If you want to have a relaxed holiday in a house in Spain close to sea/nice villages/(convenient) stores/nature this is the place to go. I have had a very nice time there, with lots of good food, wine & sun (by the pool). Thanks!

Excellent holiday villa

We had a tremendous holiday in this very well equiped villa near Sitges. Very clean house, lovely decorated. Barcelona can be reached within half an hour. Lots of other interesting things to do. There weeks were to short. We certainly come again.

Vriendinnenvakantie

Wij hebben 6 dagen met 7 vriendinnen in dit fantastische huis gelogeerd. Bij aankomst waren de bedden opgemaakt en de handdoeken lagen heerlijk fris klaar. Het huis was heerlijk schoon en ook het zwembad lag er prachtig bij. Het boek met instructies was compleet en wifi werkt prima. Dit was ons derde verblijf en we komen zeker volgende jaar weer terug.

A luxury home from home

A brilliantly well-appointed home-from-home with lots of space for a big family or to share with friends, equipped with everything needed to make your holiday base as carefree as possible. Set in a quiet urbanisation and overlooking a scenic rugged landscape, we relaxed within hours of our arrival and wanted for nothing that wasn't already provided. Heated pool; multi-level terraces with sunbeds and sunshades; outdoor eating areas; a quiet day room; spacious lounge-diner with TV and wi-fi; garage/utility with washing machine, tumble-dryer and drying rack; kitchen with breakfast table, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery & crockery and dishwasher; downstairs WC & shower room; 4 well-furnished bedrooms (one en-suite, with portable air-con and access to small rear terrace), all with comfortable beds; upper front terrace to 3 smaller rooms; good size family bathroom; shared private gated driveway; secure side gated access. 10 minute drive into Canyelles (for convenience store, supermarket, bakery and pharmacy); 20 minutes into Sitges; 50 minutes to Tarragona (and PortAventura); 40 minutes into Barcelona. The most delightful base for your own 'please-yourself' holiday! The villa exceeded our expectations from the listing, was extremely clean and well-maintained, was served by a fantastic local couple who took care of cleaning & linen etc. (friendly English ex-pats). We enjoyed the wide variety of restaurants in Sitges, and its lovely beach, and the children used the pool every day - sometimes twice!

Het was hier fantastisch !

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in deze prachtige villa. Het huis bied zeer veel mogelijkheden. Met de 4 terrassen heb je altijd zon , of schaduw , indien gewenst. Daarnaast is het gezellig en praktisch ingedeeld. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een plezierig verblijf is aanwezig. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug en kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen. Barcelona en Sitges zijn dichtbij. De mooie wijnhuizen bij Villafranca of Sant Sadurni moet men zeker gaan bezoeken, wat een super tip was ! Wij hebben erg genoten van de excursie en proeverij. Kortom, wie een verblijf zoekt in de buurt van Barcelona, in het binnenland maar ook dichtbij strand, raden wij deze villa aan. Dank jullie wel voor het verblijf !

We've had a wonderfull stay at Casa Imke!! Spacious rooms and bathrooms (3!), fully equiped kitchen. All rooms were very clean. Wifi present. Very nice terrace (several platforms) and a pool. Good view on the hills. Casa Imke is in a quiet envirement but close to the beach, supermarket and beach (all about ten to fifteen minutes by car). Second home

It is a beautiful spot to be at. You can go here with a big familiy, and it is really luxurious. There are many places in the neighbourhood where you can go to. In March the temperature is appr. 21 degrees, and it feels like 24. We had a great time and will surely come back!
