Outside there's a fantastic private swimming pool, just without chlorine, BBQ area (charcoal type), chill out area, parking and wonderful garden for you to relax.

With a great location, just a few minutes driving, from ATM, supermarkets, and shopping. Close to D'En Bossa Beach area you will find this wonderful Villa, with large outdoor space where to spend some special moments with friends and family, with BBQ area, private salted pool (non chlorine), sun chairs and beds in a large yard with gardens to relax just looking to Ibiza downtown and Formentera Island as well.

Big villa with a great poolside

We were very satisfied with the big villa and a great poolside with a nice view on Eivissa old town. We just didn't liked the renovated showers, because the water goes all over the bathroom. Other from that, villa offers great value for it's price.

Excellent stay and fully looked after by Indi the host through the entire process! Thanks Indi!The house is really well appointed and clean. Previous reviews indicate it was a bit worn out but it’s definitely been refurbished since the start of the year with a new kitchen.The location does require a Taxis, however once you get a hang of the WhatsApp number for the local cabs this isn’t really an issue, but be aware you can’t really walk to shops That said it’s literally 10 minutes into the centre of Ibiza Town.Def recommend for a group of friends it was ideal

Great stay!

We enjoyed staying in this villa - there were 11 of us and all of us had a place to sleep and many spots to hang out. The outside pool area is lovely and a great place to enjoy the Ibiza sun. The villa is a traditional Spanish place which has character whilst all the modern amenities. Thanks Maria!

Our stay was good overall. The property is in a great location in terms of proximity to Dalt Vita (old town) and club district. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces. It's important to note that there's only one ensuite bathroom. That wasn't abundantly clear in the description and property listing, so if you're staying with a group of couples or families, many will have to share bathrooms. We had a couple of minor issues with the property, specifically the pool lights did not work at night, the upstairs bathroom shower drained very slowly...it's partially clogged, and occasionally the same bathroom locked from the inside. Again, overall, we would stay again provided some of the smaller issues are resolved.

Great place for large group

With two families and 11 people total, we needed a large enough place for all of us to house, and this place was GREAT! Great location on the island, with easy access to most things. The communication was great, and super thorough. My main point of contact was Indi, and she was great before and during our stay. She also made some great recommendations of places to go during our stay that worked out great. Place was super clean, safe, and easy to manage. Pool area was a great bonus, and enhanced the whole Ibiza experience for us. Couldn’t recommend this booking more.

Great outdoor space, but overrun with ants

This house had a wonderful outdoor space and pool area. Sadly, most of the house was full of ants! The room that was off the main house had soo many ants that the members of the group that stayed there had to move to the couch due to the ants entering their luggage and beds. The house, although dated, is exactly as the pictures show. Be aware that the cleaning does not include garbage removal. Per the property manager's instructions, we had to haul 5 day's worth of trash to a dumpster 10 minute walk away, which, in the aug heat and without a car, was terrible.

The overall VRBO was relatively comfortable to stay in. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was very communicative. My issues are 1) The shower upstairs that doesn't drain well means it cannot be used for longer than two minutes2) The shower downstairs has no form of glass or curtain 3) Three of the beds (5 spots) were unsuitable because of an ant infestation in the room and on the beds optional additional inclusions: the light switches are in odd places, and the lights did not work properly (lots of old, flickering lights). The dryer does not work-- recommend using the drying rack. They do not provide detergent, coffee pods, trash bags, or a dishwasher for washing dishes. We were forced to pay for a brand new outside shower when the current one that we were given was already rusty and relatively broken. Overall, not the best VRBO due to the reasons above, but it still offers a beautiful view and an outdoor pool. For clarification, there are 5 rooms, one of which has 3 beds, and there is a pull-out couch on the 2nd floor. I was confused about this when viewing the listing.

Het huis ligt goed als je in de buurt van Ibiza stad wilt zitten. In de advertentie staat echter dat het op 1 km van het centrum is. Lopend is het zeker 40 minuten. Verder staat er dat het huis geschikt is voor 16 personen. Meer dan 12 zou ik niet aanraden. Het zwembad is fantastisch, en de ruimte om het zwembad ook. Het huis zelf kan wel een upgrade gebruiken. Douche beneden is gebroken, Te weinig pannen en bekers. En werkelijk overal in het huis mieren en pissebedden (Gelukkig niet op de slaapkamers. Als bovenstaande wordt opgelost, is het een fantastisch huis.

Good villa in a good location

Very good location, but hard to find for taxis. Reccommend downloading The Ibiza Radiotaxi app and prevooking cabs by sending your location. The PA, Indi, is extremely helpful and offers lots of helpful tips to make your stay very enjoyable. The only downside to the property was I was unable to make final payment via the app do had to pay the final amount in cash. This may not happen all the time, but was an inconvenience.
