With chair and umbrella in hand, enjoy a quick walk to Pelican Beach on tranquil Seabrook Island, SC. Our location is fantastic...a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 4 minute walk to the pool complex, beautiful beach, golf club and golf course. We are centrally located to all that Seabrook has to offer. Completely remodeled from top to bottom, our villa offers panoramic views of the 18th green of the Robert Trent Jones Crooked Oaks Golf Course. Floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen/dining/living room take full advantage of this amazing vista.

On the main floor, a brand-new kitchen boasts new appliances, granite countertops and fully stocked new cabinetry sure to please any gourmet cook! A granite breakfast bar provides seating for four. The kitchen opens to a light-filled dining area with a newly installed wood floor, complete with a hand hewn "Carolina Table". The living area has a couch, queen size sleeper sofa, 55 inch Smart TV with Comcast Internet (1500mbps) access and programing, and comfortable seating perfect for entertaining. Off the living area is a private guest suite with a recently renovated full bath, two full size beds and Smart TV. A private first floor furnished deck is the perfect setting to grill and dine under the stars.

Upstairs, the master suite provides tranquility with king-sized bed with pillowtop mattress and a fully remodeled bath with large walkin shower. The suite includes a den with a 44" smart TV with windows opening to a stunning view of the 18th green...the perfect setting to watch the sunrise or to enjoy an evening cocktail.

To assist you, our full service management company is on call for 24/7 emergencies. Amenity cards are included without charge so you can enjoy all the activities at the stated guest rates and one gate car pass is provided. An additional car pass is available at a cost of $40. Typical stays are for seven nights; Saturday to Saturday. However, in the Fall and Winter other schedules are available. There is a cleaning fee of $165 for stays of less than four nights. Discounts for long term stays in the Fall and Winter are available.

Seabrook Island is a gated community with an endless list of activities; 15 har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center, equestrian center, indoor pool, outdoor pools, biking, playgrounds and the beautiful beaches. Stunning North Beach is just a bike ride away. Just off the island and again a short bike ride is Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village offering groceries, dining , shopping, activities and services. Historic Charleston is 40 minutes away.

In addition, we are baby and child friendly. We are grandparents of nine little people and have equipped our villa accordingly. You are welcome to use our Pack 'N Play with sheets, highchair and beach toys during your stay. Just let us know and we will have it ready for you. Umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler are also provided.

This is a beautiful property and we love it so much that we keep coming back! Cannot recommend enough. Another Great Stay

Our second time renting this unit and it was great again! The owner is extremely helpful to ensure the check-in goes well and the unit is always perfect on arrival. There were even new renovations completed since our last stay which were very nice. The view and location are also a big plus. Will be renting again in the future!

We love Seabrook Island and the Harvey's Villa!

We have vacationed at Seabrook Island for 17 years as a family and have enjoyed staying at the Harvey's villa for the past several years. Everything about the house is 5-star ane more -- location near the beach and Club pool, amenities, cleanliness, quiet setting, golf course views, and much more. As repeat visitors to both Seabrook Island and this property, I can honestly say from booking to check-in, to departure, there is no better experience than 726 Spinnaker. We had a wonderful time staying at this beach house. Bob and Maureen are amazing hosts. The beach house was fully supplied with everything you would need and was immaculate. Wonderful Villa at Seabrook

We have vacationed at Seabrook Island 8-9 times previously, and this property is our favorite so far. The property itself has been recently renovated, and is very inviting and open. The downstairs guest bedroom was perfect for our 2 kids, and the upstairs master immaculate. Very well stocked kitchen and the property overall is extremely accommodating. It's important for us to be close to the beach, the pool, and the golf courses, and this property checks all those boxes. Would highly recommend!

It was another amazing stay at the Harvey's home in Seabrook Island...our 8th time staying at this beautiful beach villa that has all of the amenities and comfort to be home away from home, if only for a week. We have made so many memories here, and this year was no different. We even got to watch and celebrate our beloved Tennessee Volunteers winning the 2024 College Baseball World Series National Championship while we were there. Thank you, Harvey Family, for helping create so many lasting memories for our crew!

A wonderful stay!

This was our first time back to Seabrook in 13 years. Bob and Maureen’s home was clean, bright and beautiful! We felt so at home there. The house was fully stocked for all our needs. They provided so many extras like beach toys, cart, boogie boards, fishing supplies and more. This trip was a first for my boys and they had the time of their lives and didn’t want to leave. This was such a special trip for our family and we definitely plan to be back and hope to book this same home. Thank you so much Bob and Maureen!

This property is one of the best VRBOs we have encountered. The property is beautifully redone with new bathrooms and kitchen. Furniture and furnishings are excellent and well maintained. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and everything is completely pristine. There were even decaf coffee grounds and a fridge with water dispenser meaning we did not have to buy bottles! The location cannot be beat - walk to beach club and wonderful neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. We hope to return soon - !

Fantastic family vacation at this beautiful house

Our family had a fantastic and memorable vacation at this beautiful villa on Seabrook Island. The house was roomy, clean and comfortable, with a modern and updated feel. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed many meals in the dining room watching the golfers at the 18th hole and all the different wildlife that visits during the day: alligators, birds, deer! We really appreciated the thoughtful items in the house that made our stay easy and complete, things like cooking spices and sauces, cleaning products, small supply of paper towels & toilet paper, the outdoor grill, cooler bags for the beach or grocery store, beach towels & toys/chairs, and plenty of storage space. We took good advantage of the pools and facilities via the Amenity Card, spent time on the beaches and explored the island on our rental bikes. If you're coming in from out of town, make sure to visit Bohicket Marina, Charleston, Low Tide Brewery, Shem Creek, Angel Oak and consider the Aqua Park & Ropes Course Happy Hour for the kids at the Charleston Aqua Park. Take the time and have some patience to go see the dolphins strand feeding. A big thank you to Bob and Maureen for sharing their lovely home with our family; it's a gem.

Seabrook Island

We traveled to Seabrook Island to celebrate my birthday. We loved everything about Bob and Maureen’s place, from the ease of check-in/check-out to the easy access to the beach and pool. Their condo had everything we could think of and more! We will definitely consider staying at this property again

We have been coming to Kiawah and Seabrook Islands over 20 years with our 3 children. The family has grown to 9 grandchildern who love the island as much as their parents have. We are fortunate to be able to own our villa since 2016 and stay there in the Winter and early Spring. We are looking forward to many wonderful years on Seabrook Island. We hope that you enjoy your stay with us!

Why they chose this property

Location! The view and proximity to beach and amenities is exactly what we were looking for. We have so many great family memories on this Island that we are thrilled to be able to build with this next generation.

What makes this property unique

The view and the brightness of our Villa! The sun comes pouring in every morning and being on the lagoon gives the experience of being in a nature preserve. Daily, we look out to see heron flying in, fish jumping, turtles bathing...amazing beauty right outside our window. Walking to the beach, pool and club is very convienent and riding a bike is safe and a lot of fun. The days are very long on Seabrook Island.
