If you are looking for big beds this 2nd floor unit features 2 king beds and 1 queen. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. You will enjoy the amazing view from the beach side master bedroom, with a newly installed walk-in shower and the balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: door wall missing handle, would not lock. Hair dryer does'nt work. Chair cushions were dirty. Overall the unit needs to be updated

Minor repairs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fun but they had some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Like the handle on the sliding door was loose and then it came off. Some of the cabinet handles were loose. The light in the kitchen was temperamental. We had to hook up one of the bedrooms cable tv. It was some minor upkeep items that needed to be taken care of. The table on the porch was falling apart. The location was perfect! Thanks Pat.

Just as described

Booking blind can be scary especially traveling with a handicapped family member but I was very happy with the property, it is just as described. We were able to easily navigate in and out of the unit, the pool, and the beach was’t too much trouble-no stairs. Although the building is older, it is well kept. The property management was onsite and quick to address any issues, we only had minor ones. The location is very convenient to shopping and dining but not in an overly touristy area. Great for the kids but not too much temptation. This unit needs a few more upgrades, especially the beds but overall it is a place we would definitely return.
