Beautiful Memorial Day Weekend on Westcott Bay

Our family had a blast in this gorgeous house on beautify Westcott Bay. We walked to Roche Harbor each day, but also enjoyed the lovely deck, kayaks, and well appointed kitchen.

A little bit of heaven on earth

This lovely home is comfortable, well furnished, and has a great kitchen set up. We loved watching herons and seals on the water, along with a float plane landing. Relaxing Spring Break

This home and it’s beautiful view were a perfect place to unwind with the family. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of games and books, comfortable beds, and did I mention the view? We will be back in the summer months to really enjoy the water access next time.

Such a great place to enjoy a getaway for spring break with a family of 7. Relaxing spaces and room to explore including the beach and the deck. Beautiful views and so much to do in Roche Harbor and across San Juan Island. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful Stay on San Juan Island

The listing looked amazing but the property was even better than I expected! We all had such a great time and loved this home. The view is wonderful and location is relaxing. Went kayaking, walked to Roche Harbor and sculpture garden, played ping pong, enjoyed cooking, grilling, and the fire pit. Also saw so much wildlife right outside the house. Hoping to return sometime!

What a gem

We loved this little gem! The view from the deck was stunning. We enjoyed watching for wildlife. We saw cranes, a heron, a seal, deer and a frog. We enjoyed taking the paddle boards and a kayak out. We really had a great time. We’d love to return. The house was well equipped with everything you would need, including boots for the beach.

Heaven

So peaceful! Cabin was beautiful and had all we needed. Our favorite part was walking over to Roche Harbor everyday for a meal. The trails on the way over are magical. Lots of wildlife. The harbor seals while kayaking were so fun and kayaking across the bay to eat oysters was another highlight. I hope we come back again!

Mother’s Day getaway

Decided to take the kids for a little weekend fun to celebrate Mother’s Day. All kids are older teen to adults. The weather was gorgeous. The house was very well stocked and I loved the little labels or instructions on things how they worked. Would have loved to stay longer. I will be adding this to my favorites to return again.

Lovely, warm and beautiful scenery. We felt so at home and comfy. Perfect for those who like to use their vacations to relax! We thought we would eat out a lot, but the fully equipped kitchen made it just as easy to eat in.

Amazing Stay

The house is absolutely amazing! The location was so peaceful and had everything we needed for a great week of working remotely (wifi and kitchen were great). Very quick drive to Roche Harbor and there's also a path that is right across the street which cuts through the woods for a beautiful 10 minute walk to Roche as well.

This property, perched on the hillside, gives you the best of both worlds; peace and tranquility to unplug, enjoy the views and wild life, while being close to the the activities at Roche Harbor, just a 5 minute walk, and Friday Harbor, a 15 minute drive. We love all the island has to offer in kayaking, hiking, beach combing, crabbing, digging for clams, eating fresh seafood, including fresh oysters from just across the bay!
