LAUREL POINT - HIGH BANK WEST FACING WATERFRONT VACATION HOME.

3 Bedroom vacation home located on 1.35 acres of high bank waterfront facing desirable west exposure. This private waterfront home is just across from the Shipyard Cove Marina and Brown Island. Relax and enjoy the glistening water views in the living room around the grand wood burning fireplace (firewood not provided) or enjoy a movie in the adjacent television watching area on the large flat screen television with ROKU player. The home has wireless high speed internet service for those that need to stay connected. The kitchen is spacious and open offering plenty of room to prepare meals, chat at the nook, and enjoy a more formal meal around the dining table, seating for six. This home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and ample privacy for all 6 guests. The main level maser is furnished with king sized bed and has a private porch. The master bath is ensuite with a large, tiled walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The second lower bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and offers water views. The upper level is accessed by the spiral staircase. Upon entry to the upper level you will find two twin sized beds and a private bathroom with tiled shower. Separated by partition the right side of the upper level, has a full-sized bed with a beautiful view of the water. Sweet spot! There is plenty to see from Laurel Point including boat activities, ferries, and wildlife. This home is located just 2 miles from downtown Friday Harbor and 9 miles from Roche Harbor. Parks and beaches within a 10-minute drive from this property include Jackson Beach, San Juan County Fairgrounds, false Bay Nature Preserve, American Camp, South Beach and many more days of exploration. This property has a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Pets are not allowed. Due to high bank shoreline, there is no access to the beach and no access to the dock area. (STRICTLY ENFORCED).

went for a three day getaway while my sister was visiting . Beautiful spacious property right on the water.Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency. Don the caretaker was nice enough to drive me back to the ferry dock when I left my phone behind and had to run back.Would definitely rent it again.

Laurel Point - Friday Harbor

The property was easy to find, location is great as you can see the water through the big windows. The telescope in the living room was great for viewing wildlife and an harbor seal and bald eagle did make an appearance. The deck is a great place to enjoy outdoors and sit for viewing. The games and puzzles that are there for the guests entertainment are a nice touch.
