House of the Ocean Sun is a modern, stylish waterfront home with clean finishes that provide a sense of luxury, but also livability. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a group of friends looking for a fun, relaxing, and stylish retreat. With high quality furniture, mattresses, linens and amenities galore.

There is a cozy fireplace in the living room with an accordion glass wall opening the entire house to the stunning Salish Sea. The deck is off of the living room with a dining table, outdoor sofa, hot tub and BBQ. Follow the private path down to the bench on the water or enjoy the picnic table and firepit for s’mores or stargazing. For a private moment, visit the lower deck and sit in the basket swing.

The Primary suite, located up a spiral staircase, has a 20-foot vaulted ceiling, a King bed with luxury mattress and linens, a Smart TV, a sound machine, an aromatherapy diffuser, and Alexa speaker for you to enjoy. There is a reading area with a sofa and library as well. Finally, step out of your sliding glass door onto your private balcony overlooking the Salish Sea.

The stunning en-suite bathroom features heated floors, dual sinks with a custom live edge countertop, 2 shower heads, and a large pedestal soaker tub. This is the bathroom of your dreams!

The Guest suite is located on the main level and features an upholstered Queen bed with luxury mattress and linens, a large armoire closet, a sound machine, an aromatherapy diffuser, and Alexa speaker for you to enjoy. The bathroom is located on the main level just steps away from the Guest suite which features dual sinks with a custom fir wood countertop and a large glass shower with marble tile. Located in the closet is a washer and dryer with all your laundry and cleaning needs.

There is a stylish dining area with a bronze chandelier, a 6-person dining table and a wonderful view of the Salish Sea. A large wall of accordion glass doors completely opens to a large deck for an indoor/outdoor experience with breathtaking water views of the sound below. Here, you'll enjoy outdoor dining with a table and seating for 6, a stainless-steel BBQ grill, as well as the relaxing views.
The living room has a gas fireplace, a large sectional sofa, an armchair, coffee table, a telescope, an Alexa system, and a large 55-inch Smart TV for logging into streaming services. The sofa opens into a regular queen-sized bed. The large cabinet in the entry offers plenty of space for the guests staying in the living room to store their belongings. There is excellent Wi-Fi and cell reception for those needing to connect.

You'll find the kitchen is well stocked with spices and quality cookware for guests to prepare meals during their stay. An island with seating and stainless-steel appliances make this kitchen a cook's dream. The "little extras" will help make your use of the kitchen enjoyable. We supply a coffee grinder as well as whole espresso beans in addition to a few flavored syrups during your stay.
