Awesome Oceanfront Condo! Amazing View! Completely Remodeled!

We have completely remodeled this 3-bedroom condo in Hidden Dunes Gulfside! Everything is brand new; appliances, electronics, furniture, and all amenities, this condo is beautifully decorated and furnished! Hidden Dunes has just finished a remodeling of the exterior of Gulfside!

Relax and enjoy your personal panoramic view of the ocean from your living room and each bedroom Relax on our sectional sofa and view our 60-inch flat screen TV and the ocean, of course! Enjoy dining at a beautiful dining table with 6 chairs, or the 3 barstools at beautiful granite counter-height bar. With a fully stocked kitchen and a fully equipped laundry room, you will have everything you need in this lovely and comfortable condo.

Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the patio that provides a table and 6 chairs for dining. Watch for the dolphins swimming and the ships sailing while sipping your favorite drink!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with private access to the balcony. This bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second master also has a king size bed and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two full beds, and this guest bathroom has a tub and shower. All bathrooms have granite counter tops. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and each of these three bedrooms has its own balcony in which you can sit and view the gorgeous sunrise and ocean.

With three bedrooms, this condo sleeps 8 people. Enjoy all the amenities you have in your home - plus! Please look at the reviews to see how happy our vacationers are with this condo!

If you enjoy tennis, you will be thrilled with availability of six championship clay tennis courts and a tennis center with a world-ranked tennis pro and staff ready to set up matches for you. Enjoy tennis clinics with a friendly, fun group or take some private lessons. (Tennis charges are separate).

Located on the 14th floor with direct beach access, this condo will make you fall in love with the emerald green water and sugary white sands of Hidden Dunes private beach! White Diamond Beach Service is available by calling 850-420-1327. They can reserve beach chair and table set up for you. They will set up and break down for you each day! No hauling chairs back and forth! The exercise room is located on the 2nd floor. (We do have chairs and umbrella available in the condo for your use.) This condo is truly on the beach!

Gated entrance includes 24-hour security staff with tram service (seasonal) to take you around the resort when you'd like. Enjoy the 27-acre paradise with shaded walkways, reflecting pools, flowing fountains and a lake with a gazebo. There is even a lighted basketball court and a pickle-ball court!

Conveniently located just minutes from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin's Baytowne Village and Grand Boulevard shopping center. Over 100 nearby restaurants. There are three golf courses, offshore fishing, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing and other water sports.

This was our 3rd time to stay in this condo and we absolutely love it! It’s like our home away from home and in the most beautiful setting. There’s no place we would rather stay in Destin.

Perfect Getaway

Mary Kay is a perfect host! The property was well appointed, close to everything in and around Destin, yet very quiet and relaxing. Our family enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning our return trip!

Practically Perfect in Every Way...

If you are looking for a “perfect” family vacation this is your property. Hidden Dunes had everything we wanted and more; beautiful accommodations, pools, tennis, work out facilities, sauna, and of course the pristine beach. The location is close to lots of Destin fun too. We will visit again.

Amazing view and relaxing stay

We loved the unit which was fully updated with everything we needed for our stay! It was nice having the beach chairs and cooler to sit on the beach. We loved listening to the waves and eating on the patio. We hope to come back when it's a bit warmer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Return trip to paradise

This was the fourth time we have rented from Mary Kay, the second time we have stayed in this condo and every time it has been wonderful! Even staying on the heels of a hurricane, the grounds and facilities were clean and ready for guests. This unit is perfect for a family and Hidden Dunes is a great get-away!

Highly recommend this property! Lovely balcony view - beautifully decorated with updated kitchen and baths - appreciated beach chairs/umbrella setup each day with very pleasant beach staff - also appreciated extra chairs and umbrella in condo. The unit had a view from every bedroom. It was spacious clean and extremely well decorated. Access to the beach and pool was so easy We had very small children with us and this unit and the grounds were very safe. Can’t wait to come back again Mary was awesome to work with!!!!

This home was amazing! Awesome views! It was clean and had plenty of space. Kitchen stocked very nicely. The only not so good thing was the weather but I am pretty sure that was not their fault :). Would stay here again!

Absolute Paradise

Once we opened the door to this unit we felt right at home. The view was amazing and the private balcony was a plus. Everything in this unit was hand picked, well decorated and super clean. We had everything we needed and more. The location was great, we did not drive far out for anything!! Our host Lou was the absolute BEST!! You cannot go wrong with booking this condo and you will have no regrets!!!

The condo is absolutely beautiful!

The 3 bedroom condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. All of the rooms are newly renovated and each one is as nice as the other. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. The patio had an amazing view of the ocean and you could see all the way down the beach. The master bedroom led onto the main patio and the other two bedrooms had their own small patios with chairs and nice views from each. The location was also great! I come to Destin every year and that is the nicest condo I've stayed in. The decor is just perfect!

Lovely Condo-Wonderful Beach Views

Unit 1401 is a lovely appointed condo with updated furnishings and appliances. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay and would recommend this unit to anyone. The complimentary beach service, as well as the extra beach chairs for our use, was a much welcomed amenity. The condo is spacious and has three balconies with a view from each one. We had everything we needed for our stay! The owner was very explicit and informative in her communications with us. We hope to come back in the future!

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

We have stayed in Hidden Dunes 1401 for 3 years now. We love how clean the condo is and how well it is decorated. Mary Kay goes out of her way to make sure to answer questions or help out if there are problems. The views from all the balconies are amazing. This condo has 3 beds and 3 baths which make it a perfect place for a big family or multiple families. The private beach is great as well. It is not very crowded compared to other places I have seen. We have yet to find a place that we have loved as much as this beautiful place! You can't go wrong here!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is nicely decorated and fully appointed. All the items were in working condition, the beds were comfortable and the unit was perfectly clean. We couldn't ask for anything more! Since no stay is perfect, I will say the only downside is that you can hear your neighbors above and below open and shut the slider door but that isn't this homeowner's fault! If you like fried shrimp, visit the "Surf Hut" only about a mile away. I had shrimp every night for dinner during our stay and Surf Hut was by far the best! The beach boys at the bottom of the stairs will help you with your cooler out to your umbrella/chair setup just make sure and throw them a few dollars tip, I believe that is what they are working for since they were so appreciative. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo

We've visited Destin and Sandestin many times over the years, but this was our first visit to Hidden Dunes. We couldn't have been happier! We booked this unit for a family vacation for seven, three couples and one young child. The condo has been newly remodeled and is beautiful! Gorgeous light fixtures, beautiful kitchen, and spa-like bathrooms. And it's functional as well. We all enjoyed having our own balconies, bathrooms, and having a table for six on the main balcony. It came with extra supplies including four beach chairs that were great for watching the sunset. Mary Kay was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very quick to respond to our questions, helped us with renting a baby crib, and was so nice to accommodate us with an earlier check-in when one of our group's flights arrived earlier in the day. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect beachfront condo on the 14th floor!

We chose costal chic amazing beachfront at hidden dunes and had a beach wedding. First of all, Mary was outstanding with communications regarding our stay and accommodating our special needs. The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Security was very attentive and only helpful throughout our stay. We stayed during spring break and always had a place to park. This beautifull fully furnished condo sits on the 14th floor with attention to detail evident throughout, there is truly nothing missing. We really enjoyed the relaxing but elegant beach style decor. The owner spared no expense! Private balconies from every room with amazing ocean views, you even have the perfect view from the huge garden tub in the master bathroom. We made our way down to the perfectly sloping beach and used some of the chairs that beach services sets up for the condo guests during the day and at night we used some that Mary supplied in the closet, among other things. This attention to detail made our stay a truly special and relaxing one.

Birthday celebration

It was a birthday girls trip. We celebrated my sister‘s birthday and my daughter‘s 21st birthday. The condo was very nice and accommodating. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had beach gear that I didn’t realize we had so there’s no need to bring beach stuff. There were balconies in each room with a view of the beach. My only con was the parking. It was limited and very tight with large SUVs and vans. I would definitely stay again. I met a lady at the pool that said they always stay at Hidden Dunes, she even provided us with helpful information about getting local seafood at Skipper‘s. The seafood was steamed and very good, 10/10 recommend.

WOW! What a Beauty!

This place is unbelievable! From the moment you enter the front door and see the ocean is breathtaking! The condo is very nice and well equipped for anyone. Including beach accessories that you can use and a kitchen fit for anyone. The bedrooms en-suite is a huge plus. All around it rates a 5 star and I hope to return.

I love to play tennis and their pro shop is the best! Very accommodating and fun!
