Nous avons passĂ© un merveilleux sĂ©jour de 5 jours entre amis dans cette charmante maison situĂ©e Ă  Saint-Martin-de-RĂ©. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait, au cƓur d’une ville magnifique, et la maison est trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, confortable et accueillante. Un grand merci Ă  Serge, le propriĂ©taire, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilitĂ© — ce fut un plaisir de le croiser au dĂ©tour des jolies rues de Saint-Martin.Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce sĂ©jour

Mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Manque d’information par le propriĂ©taire Ă  l’arrivĂ©e qui a occasionnĂ© une rĂ©ception peu sympathique par un voisin . La place de parking n’est pas rĂ©servĂ©e, elle est donc soumise au flux des vacanciers donc alĂ©atoire. La propretĂ© de la literie est Ă  revoir ; dessus de lits douteux , tachĂ©s . Housses d’oreiller manifestement pas lavĂ©s Ă  chaque visiteur . Rien Ă  dire sur la location de linge Ă  la conciergerie. Aucune explication pour l’usage du coffre. Certains placards sont dĂ©glinguĂ©s. Le code wifi affichĂ© dans la location fut non opĂ©rant car modifiĂ© sans que l’affiche l’ait Ă©tĂ©. Aucune communication avec la plate forme abritel qui ne donne aucune information pratique sur le sĂ©jour et ne communique mĂȘme pas le tĂ©lĂ©phone du propriĂ©taire. De plus les photos publiĂ©es sur le site ne permettent pas de voir que le logement est au ras d’une rue passante : rue des remparts , le calme n’est pas au rendez vous et en cas de canicule, ce qui fut le cas, il faut choisir entre le bruit ou la chaleur la nuit.@

Nice break in Ile de Re

A very comfortable and well located property. The interior was well appointed although it would be a tight fit for 6. There were only the two of us so this wasn't an issue. The only slight downside was the traffic noise outside - the house is directly located on the Rue de Remparts close to the municipal campsite with a steady stream of vehicles. In saying that we were very comfortable overall in the property and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great apartment

Great location to stay in St. Martin. Generally very quiet but only a 10 minute walk from the sea front or the local supermarkets. The owner, Serge not Sophie (previous owner) as incorrectly stated on the website, is a lovely guy and very helpful.

Eine weitgehend ruhige, innerhalb der Stadtmauer von Saint-Martin gelegene Wohnung

die Wohnung ist gut und praktisch ausgestattet, bietet fĂŒr eine Familie mit zwei Kindern auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz, auch wegen des großen Esstischs unter freiem Himmel. FĂŒr den Preis – wir haben knapp 200 Euro pro Tag gezahlt, hĂ€tten wir uns allerdings bezogene Betten gewĂŒnscht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief recht zĂŒgig. Und wir bekamen beim Fahrradvermieter10% ErmĂ€ĂŸigung.

Les + : Chambres spatieuses, bonne literie, équipements cuisines/salle satisfaisants, parking à proximité immédiate trÚs appréciable à Saint-Martin ! Les - : Eau chaude uniquement le matin, (le ballon recharge la nuit), petite salle d'eau Nous étions 3 adultes ; nous reviendrions volontiers, à une période plus favorable pour, en plus, profiter de la terrasse !

La maison dont nous avons passĂ© nos vacances est Ă  recommandĂ©; c'est charmante, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bien localisĂ©. Tout Ă©tait trĂšs propre, la douche marchait bien et rien ne manquait dans la cuisine. Les chambres Ă  coucher sont spacieux et nous avons trĂšs bien dormi, les lits sont comfortables. La maison est bien situĂ©e, calme mais quand mĂȘme prĂšs du centre et Ă  l'autre cĂŽtĂ© prĂšs des supermarchĂ©s. Il y a un cour ensoleillĂ©, on peut manger d'hors et il y a de la place pour les vĂ©los. On peut garer la voiture Ă  cotĂ© de la maison, il ne faut pas chercher un parking dans les environs. Nous n'en doutons pas de louer de nouveau la mĂȘme maison Ă  notre prochaine visite Ă  Ile de RĂ©. Nous l'avons dĂ©jĂ  recommandĂ© aux amis.

TrÚs bonne impression générale !

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans cette maison toute neuve, au charme local ! La location est trÚs bien équipée, dans un état de propreté parfait et la décoration est soignée. Le port de Saint Martin de Ré est à deux pas, ce qui permet de trouver des commerces et restaurants sympathiques. Petite dédicace à Barbette et à son pinot des Charentes.
