Our Beautiful Coastal inspired Oceanfront condo with a warm seaside feel is situated on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront property at Inn of the Sea Resort. We're located just south of Nanaimo, right next to Yellow Point Lodge. Our fully equipped condo offers fantastic views of the Stuart Channel and 1400 square feet of living space on 2 levels. We offer 2 Queen sized bedrooms, 2 full 4-piece baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 balconies, and on-site laundry facilities. The Main living area is located on the Top Floor and the second hotel style bedroom and en-suite are on the second floor.

Inn of the Sea is an ideal year round vacation getaway. It is very popular with families in the summer and as a secluded retreat in the winter. With the islands mild climate its a perfect place to get away.

Amenities at the resort include a large ocean-side heated pool (open on or around May 15th to Sept 30th) and a Hot Tub heated and open year round. Our private dock offers boat moorage and is great for crabbing and fishing. There's a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, various bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court, and lots of green space.

Time can be spent beach combing, checking out the tidal pools and starfish, kayaking, fishing and crabbing, or just lazing around the heated pool and hot tub.

We are located at Inn of the Sea, 3600 Yellow Point Road, Nanaimo BC.
Just 15 minutes South of Nanaimo, 70 minutes to Victoria and 10 minutes from the town of Ladysmith. BC Ferries, Duke Point terminal and Nanaimo Regional Airport are only ten minutes away.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean up all your dishes and put away. Please scrape/rinse food from plates before adding to the dishwasher
If you moved furniture, please return it to its original spot before check out.
Try to leave our vacation home as you found it
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or vapes in the condo or decks. Smoking is allowed in the designated areas.

Excellent for all ages

Lovely setting. Very comfortable and the view was great. Easy to make the apartment childproof and the carpets (especially the stairs with a toddler) were good to have. We also appreciated the kids books and toys in the apartment and the playground. Thanks for a great vacation.

Perfect ocean getaway

Spacious and clean condo with fabulous ocean view. Property has a dock for fishing and crabbing, a large heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, and children's playground. The rocky beach with tidal pools provides hours of fun exploring. Perfect family get away.

Nice little place just outside of Nanaimo

Loved this spot with a great view of the ocean. Also enjoyed the hot tub at the pool area. Nice cedar trees in the back with a grassy area and toys. Very quiet in May! Such a beautiful quiet area away from the city. Very comfy bed and a great host. Would def come here again.

Beautiful place to stay for work

Calm quite beautiful Comfortable beds. The only issues no laundry in unit but it was on site. No cell service difficult for a work stay. Owner was amazing for check in. Good stay.

Three adult family holiday for five nights. We enjoyed the unit and we made 80% of our meals so saved on restaurants and ate healthy. Beds were comfortable especially one that was more firm. A few times I contacted the owner who warmly welcomed my requests for help promptly. We appreciated the slow cooker that we had requested in advance and my wife’s soup tastes even better with an ocean view.

A beautiful location

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights with my parents. The stairs were hard for my parents. There was no ac so unit was very warm. Views were beautiful. Kitchen had most things we needed. Not enough toilet paper for the length of our stay. Higher powered fans would be helpful. A railing in the stairwell would have helped my parents.

The location map for the property was incredibly misleading. VRBO has the listing map in Nanaimo which was what was originally searched as we needed to be in town. However, when we arrived, the map on VRBO lead us to some reserve land (it was super sketchy). It wasn’t until I opened the email from the host that the address/location was provided. The property itself was in Ladysmith, 20kms away from the VRBO location point. We never would have booked it if we had known the actual location. Not at all a host issue, but a VRBO issue. With that said, the host was lovely to communicate with; Friendly & accommodating. Property itself was spacious and just as advertised, with great views. Thoughtful in the stocking of amenities. We had a great time!

Fabulous property with everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is very spacious, clean and has lots of great amenities and extras. The kitchen is well stocked with staples, cookware, dinnerware and small appliances. We also appreciated all the linens and other supplies. The view is terrific and surroundings very peaceful. The property provided everything we needed and more! Thank you.

A wonderful place close to the wilderness. We have enjoyed our stay very much. One lives secluded from the daily hustle and bustle and yet very good shopping facilities are within easy reach. For nature lovers and hikers it can not be better.

Rejuvenating Retreat

We absolutely loved our stay at 320 Inns of the Sea. The area is so beautiful and peaceful and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed watching the sunrises over the ocean, walks through the nearby forest trails and relaxing by the pool and in the hottub. It is a great spot to explore the nearby towns and areas along the east coast of Vancouver Island.

Excellent Property

Location is within a short drive to anything you might need. The property is very quiet and peaceful with excellent views of the ocean. Tammy communicated with us very quickly and we would highly recommend anyone looking to stay around Nanaimo or Ladysmith to have a look at this Condo. Warm calm swimmable location on the ocean, a pool, boat dock and beautifully kept condo and property grounds. If in the area this is where we will stay again.

Being from the East Coast, my husband and I love the ocean. We have always dreamed of owning an ocean front property and a few years ago we made that dream come true. It was the best decision we have ever made. We now live in Morinville Alberta, just outside of Edmonton and we try to escape to the island with our kids as much as we can.

Why they chose this property

We discovered this property a few years ago when we were searching for a family oriented waterfront vacation rental. We found paradise, it had everything we were looking for and more.....needless to say we bought a condo there and now want to share what we have found.

What makes this property unique

Having a boat dock available to moore our boat is a huge advantage to us.
Our kids would say the Pool is their favorite thing.
