Holiday home 7 km from Feltre in the unspoiled San Martino Valley just outside the Belluno Dolomites Park. Guests have access to a wellness area and a small above-ground pool (8 m², open from 5. 5 - 30. 09), an infrared sauna, followed by a beautiful shower with hydromassage and chromotherapy, ideal for relaxing on the way back from countless excursions that start directly from here. Even a small wooden house built in the garden and where the herbal tea corner has been created will give you pleasant moments of relaxation. The house is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday: games for both children and adults, so there is plenty of space in the garden: swings, soccer goals, volleyball net, table football ... If during the day you can have fun in the various activities or relax in the sauna or on the sunbeds around the pool; in the evening the barbecue and the outdoor kitchen allow you to set up wonderful dinners to be consumed at the table under the large porch. The surrounding landscape is characterized by meadows alternating with woods and from the house there are trails for excursions in the valley or the surrounding mountains. The house is on two floors. On the first floor: a kitchen with a spacious living room, dominated by the characteristic "larin", a central fireplace surrounded by benches, typical of these areas. Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, while on the first floor there are the other bedrooms and the bathroom. You enter the second bathroom, with the laundry attached, passing from the outside. Really special is the playhouse built in wood by the owner: a real miniature house of two rooms where children can take refuge to play, to draw or read. From the house, from which there are numerous paths for simple walks or paths for hikers, it is also the starting point for discovering the Belluno Dolomites park, crossed by the High Routes of the Dolomites n. 1 and n. 2 and a network of over 200 km of CAI trails, in addition to nature and thematic trails. A mountain guide for excursions is available for a fee. Numerous cycle paths and endless roads that climb the mountains make the area one of the most popular destinations for cyclists and cyclists. In summer the lake of Santa Croce (50 km) is the kingdom of water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. At 20 km the Lago del Corlo and at 30 km the Mis Lake with the La Soffia waterfall and the extraordinary Cadini del Brenton, set in a wonderful landscape, offer cold waters in which to cool off. The area is famous for hang-gliding and paragliding flights on Mount Avena. For winter sports enthusiasts, you'll be spoiled for choice: the Ice Arena at Feltre (7 km), Monte Avena (18 km) with the endless ski slopes of the nearest ski area with slopes, woods and spaces for freeride exploration with snowboarding, wide tracks dedicated to cross-country skiing and Mount Nevegal (43 km) for cross-country skiing and ski mountaineering. But within less than 100 km you can reach slopes for all tastes and levels: the Falcade - San Pellegrino Pass (66 km), offers some of the most beautiful slopes of the Dolomiti Superski or the area of ​​Mount Civetta (65 km ) with over 80 km of slopes suitable for every skill level, San Martino di Castrozza - Passo Rolle (50 km), offers 60 km of slopes between 1404 and 2357 m, Cortina d'Ampezzo (100 km) with its 130 km of slopes until you reach the glaciers of the Marmolada (90 km), the highest peak of the Dolomites (3342 meters) which also has the longest ski slope (13 km) in addition to the spectacular cableway that allows guests to reach the 3250 meters and enjoy an incredible 360 ​​° panorama of the Dolomites. The house is an excellent starting point to visit the most famous cities of Venetian art: Treviso (63 km), Vicenza (90 km), Venice (100 km). Of particular historical and artistic interest are the smaller towns of the province of Belluno, all surrounded by the marvelous natural setting of the Dolomites: Feltre, Belluno (26 km) Mel (20km), Agordo (50 km), Bassano del Grappa (50 km), Asolo (50 km). Do not miss a rich food and wine offer: in these areas you eat everywhere very well and from spring to autumn, in the surrounding villages, is a succession of festivals dedicated to local products, an opportunity to learn about the typical food and wine of the area and to have fun between stands and music. For beer lovers, in Pedavena (5 km), there is a historic brewery that offers a wide selection of draft beers accompanied by local specialties, famous throughout Europe.
