FACING THE SEA, Views of the islands, Large house for 12-14 people with POOL

The house can accommodate 12/14 people.

It is ideally located on the seafront with a magnificent view of the Atlantic.
You will be able from the living room, the 5 bedrooms, the garden and the swimming pool to admire the sea view and the superb panorama on the islands of Oléron, Aix, Madame and the forts Louvois and Boyard.

Located along the coast, in a quiet area, you can leave the garden on the customs road which runs alongside the multi-colored oyster huts to reach the port of Chapus and Fort Louvois in 5 mins. Embark from the port for excursions on the Islands (several daily departures for the island of Aix in ¾ h of sea and Oléron in 5 mins crossing) and around Fort Boyard.

You can also put on your boots and go fishing for shells in front of the house at low tide.
If, finally, you are more earthly than a sailor, you can walk on one of the many cycle paths and cross the marshes at the oyster beds to the beaches.

Le descriptif correspond bien à la réalité. Cette maison est très bien située face à la mer. Elle est très agréable à vivre. La communication a été très bonne avec le propriétaire ainsi que la conciergerie. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous serions bien resté plus longtemps.

grande maison pleine de charme mais mal entretenue

La maison est située à 700m du départ du pont de l'ile d'oleron. Elle est spacieuse et offre une très belle vue. Las beaucoup de détails sont gênants: les lames de la terrasse se déchaussent (prévoir des écorchures), le BBQ est très moyen (grilles tordues/rouillées), escalier pour monter dans une chambre à proscrire pour les très jeunes et/ou très vieux, beaucoup de feuilles dans la piscine (malgré que nous la nettoyions et recouvrions chaque jour) vu que la végétation était un peu exubérante.

Il y a une bonne rénovation à prévoir dans cette maison ! La maison n’est pas entretenue ! Douche bouchée, rideau pas bien accroché, poignées de porte a changer, robinetterie à changer, joints des douches et baignoire moisis, table à repasser inutilisable, aspirateur ne fonctionne pas… Les vélos ne sont pas du tout utilisables. Une belle piscine mais la terrasse est a refaire complètement.

La maison était parfaitement adaptée au groupe (6 adultes 6 enfants). Les espaces de vie sont agréables et la cuisine bien agencée. La vue depuis le jardin est superbe, la ballade depuis la maison jusqu'au fort Louvois très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Secteur calme et agréable entre le petit port et le centre du village. Nombreux commerces et marché couvert. Ile d'Oléron toute proche. Grande maison avec vue sur l'océan, idéale pour un rassemblement de famille, avec une terrasse et un jardin. Manque un lavabos pour WC du rez de chaussée. Dans l'annonce, défaut d'information quant à la chambre accessible par un escalier raide et sur la date de mise en eau de la piscine. Dans la fiche technique, préciser que les lits sont équipés de couettes,. Enfin, il manque une écumoire et des couvercles. Sinon, je recommande cette location !

Une grande maison les pieds dans l'eau

Très belle demeure, belle décoration, de beaux volumes et très bien équipée (rare de trouver une cuisine si bien équipée en vaisselle). Peut être préciser dans l'annonce que les lits sont équipés de couette et non de couverture et mentionner l'échelle meunière pour la chambre côté buanderie. On retiendra surtout la jolie vue sur l'océan.

Maison idéale et idéalement située face à l'océan.Petite ville tranquille avec les commerces de proximité indispensables. La visite de fort Louvois est à recommander. La dégustation d'huîtres également! Bref,un séjour super avec une météo clémente qui a permit de profiter de la piscine avec une eau à 22 degrés début mai.
