Reef House is a 3-bedroom/3 bathroom colonial style private beach villa located in Madiha (near Mirissa) on the south coast of Sri Lanka.
This elegant property offers a luxury stay for up to 6 guests seeking an 'away from it all' beach experience.

An open plan living/dining room with pool and ocean views leads to a sit out veranda and a neatly manicured garden.

A feature spiral staircase takes you to the master bedroom and bedroom 2 sharing a large balcony with sitting area and stunning views of the Indian Ocean. The third bedroom is downstairs and enjoys pool and ocean views. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished (two with 4 poster beds) with Air Con, ceiling fans, solar hot water, mosquito nets and private en-suites with rain showers.

There is a lovely pool with Jacuzzi. Sun beds and deck chairs are scattered around the garden offering complete privacy.

The villa comes with a housekeeper. There are an array of restaurants within walking distance with 2 directly outside our gate. Doctor’s House restaurant and the newly opened 360 Degree restaurant are all within 8 mins stroll away.
Guests can take their meals on the veranda or at the main dining table. There is also a lovely outdoor four poster bed by the ocean steps for those evening sundowners.

The beach is accessed via a private gate and steps. On occasion sea turtles can be seen swimming off the rocks. During season females nest on the beach close to the villa. A truly unique experience to watch the baby turtles swim out to sea....

Just a short stroll along the beach are 3 wonderful rock pools. Perfect for children to play in and it's completely safe.

There is Wi-Fi at the property. A small library of books and a selection of board games are available for guest use.

Our wonderful rescue doggies Gaston and Bella are in residence. They are friendly and loves children. Both dogs are fully vaccinated and totally loved.

Madiha is very popular with intermediate to advanced surfers. With a consistent swell, 350m rides and a reef break, this area now attracts surfers from all over the world. The surfing season is typically from late October to April. The surf break can be accessed directly from the villa.

All rates quoted are for exclusive use of the property and does not include meals. Simply pay for the cost of the groceries.

We offer a laundry service - Rs2,000 per load.
