The enchanting private garden and the elegant mansion in true Italian style come together to give our guests an atmosphere of luxurious relaxation and fun with all the family and friends. Treat yourself to days of pure relaxation in the outdoor garden equipped with gazebo and deck chairs or enjoy a dinner under the outdoor patio equipped with the BBQ. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people and children are welcome. The living area of ​​the house welcomes you with an elegant lounge with fireplace. Guests can enjoy a day of privacy by reading a book, watching TV or surfing the internet. From the living room you then go to the dining area and to the kitchen, which is fully equipped: stove, oven, toaster, microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher and fridge. From the kitchen you can then directly access the outdoor dining area. From the staircase, guests have access to the sleeping area divided into two floors: each has its own space to relax and feel at home. The master bedroom with its private bathroom and a single bedroom with a private lounge and a second bathroom. The rooms on the first floor have a balcony. On the second floor the cozy attic is divided into 3 double bedrooms: a larger one with a living room and the two smaller ones. On this floor you will find a bathroom equipped with a shower. The owners can then help you organize visits and activities in Bellagio, such as boat trips on the lake, cooking classes. A short distance from the house guests can for example visit the charming Villa Melzi. For golf lovers, green fee packages are available at the historic Golf of Menaggio and Cadenabbia located on the opposite side of the lake and you can easily reach by ferry (food and sight are worth it). Bellagio supermarkets are 700 meters away.

Located in the residential district of Bellagio, 800 meters from the historic center. In the immediate vicinity you will find one of the most elegant restaurants in Bellagio: Alle Darsene di Loppia and one of the typical historic restaurants of Bellagio: the Silvio restaurant. A few meters away are the two Bellagio supermarkets, schools, post office, carabinieri and the medical clinic. Just 300 meters the wonderful gardens of Villa Melzi.
