Lovely 70 sqm terrace floor in the center of the genuine town of Torre del Mar. The apartment has two bedrooms, nice living room, practical kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic roof terrace.
Bedroom 1 Master bedroom has a king size bed, 160x200 cm, large closet, exit to small balcony.
Large bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet, washing machine.
Bedroom 2 with two very comfortable single beds 80x200cm
Bathroom 2 shower cubicle
Living room with dining area and nice lounge area. TV, wi-fi for surcharge. Exit to large lovely balcony where the sun shines from early morning to late afternoon.
Kitchen with everything you could need. Micro, induction cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher.
A spiral staircase from the living room leads to the large terrace. Lovely views of both the mountains, the city and the park. Lots of nice plants that bring joy. Sun loungers, awning, gas grill, outdoor kitchen and lovely dining area that can accommodate both you and several guests, lounge area with sofa and armchairs.

Great apartment in perfect location

This was our 2nd stay at this apartment & once again it was perfect for what we want & the location. The apartment is very well furnished , comfortable & had everything you could need for a holiday. It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, bars & shops. The roof terrace is great for the long afternoon siesta & the small terrace off the lounge is perfect for morning coffee. We will certainly be visiting again. Thank you Kristina.

Enjoyable stay!

The property has very good space including a very nice rooftop solarium which we enjoyed. The property is in a good quiet location near the promenade. The property is a bit dated and could do with some modernisation. We had two separate duvets on a double bed and had to empty air conditioning condensation buckets every other day! Overall a nice apartment in a good location.

Kristina truly is a premier host! There was a problem at the apartment and she arranged for alternative accommodation during the repairs and helped us move in once ready. We loved the location of the apartment so close to all amenities. We already have a future booking for this apartment!

Great apartment - perfect location

The apartment is well presented and had everything we needed. It's very comfortable inside & out. The roof terrace was brilliant but we also enjoyed sitting on the small balcony off the sitting room. The location to the centre of Torre was an easy 10 minute walk but there were many other bars and restaurants even closer. The beach was a 5 minute stroll. Communication with Kristina was good and access to the apartment was excellent. We shall certainly visit again. Thank-you Kristina

Great place at the calm side of Torre

Property well equipped for long as well as for short stay (stayed apr,may, jun) functional kitchen with oven and micro. Tv with chromecast. Good bed and matrasses. Great sunroof terrace with bbq and sunbeds. Swimming pool and garden view. 200m from the sea. Supermarkets at walking distance. Owner is ver responsive. Clean building. Loved it ! 👍

Great Location- very well equipped penthouse with comfortable lovely furniture in Torre del Mar !!!

We had a lovely stay for two weeks. This penthouse is in an ideal location to chill out and sunbathe on its lovely top terrace. There are so many extras in this apartment, lovely blinds to ensure you can use the terraces in sun or shade. Comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is very well stocked with good pots and pans, oven dishwasher so you can cook in if you wish. There are beach chairs to loan, large towels, even an umbrella which we had to use on the last day !! There is a shopping trolley ideal for doing a supermarket shop of heavy items to bring up in the lift. Dine on the lower terrace, stroll to the beach 5 mins walk or into town bars and restaurants, supermarkets, bus routes, all at the end of the road. You don't need a car. Digital TV so some programmes can be watched in English, mainly dramas and documentaries. We know the area very well but the owner has compiled lots of information and maps in a file and gave great advise. We were there August / Sept so needed to use the air conditioning at night which worked very well. Little details like comfortable covers for the sunbeds make a great difference when you want to chill out and sunbathe in private. The p top terrace has beatiful plants and a kitchen barbeque area. The BBQ is gas, a bit old but great if you enjoy barbequeing in the sun, instead of buying the coals etc. The terraces are very private and it is very well located in the block to enjoy the sunshine. It would be great as a winter rental too as it even has lovely rugs and a comfortable sofa, not an uncomfortable sofa bed that you get in many holiday rentals. The is lovely art work which appears to have been painted by the owner, it is stylish and clean and ideal for 4 people. Showers in both bathrooms, the ensuite shower over the bath. I even did all my washing before returning home as the ensuite has a great upright washing machine. Pegs and lines are on the top terrace so no struggling with a suitcase of dirty clothing in rainy UK. Loads to do close by this has the best location to enjoy Torre del Mar, which is the best town in Axarquia or use as a base to discover more. There is underground secure parking. The owner was lovely, communicated back to us very promptly and accomodated us leaving our luggage later in the day, and made us feel very special, nothing to much trouble and we will definately be returning to this lovely place.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Torre del Mar verbracht auch Danke der sehr schönen Wohnung. Es ist eine sehr gut eingerichtete Urlaubswohnung mit einer sehr schönen und großen Dachterrassee. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants usw. befinden sich in unmittelbaren Nähe. Einzige kleine Kritik, wenn man kochen möchte muss man auf ziemlich große Töpfe zugreifen. Vielleicht könnte die Vermieterin das ergänzen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Hemos estado en familia muy agusto en un piso cómodo para cuatro personas. Bien equipado todo funcionaba a la perfección, moderno y funcional. Perfectamente limpio. Hemos podido aprovechar la terraza comiendo al aire libre. Una zona tranquila y bien comunicada, el que no sea primera línea de playa no es un handicap, se agradece la tranquilidad y se puede ir perfectamente andando, unos 10 minutos. Un sitio para guardar y repetir.

Fantastic location

We hired a car but hardly used it as you can walk everywhere. We were there for part of the Coronavirus lockdown and the huge roof terrace was a real godsend as we could exercise up there and get plenty of fresh air.

Relaxing holiday

The apartment was perfect & was well equipped & the roof terrace was a real bonus which meant that we had sun all day. Our holiday was just what we wanted, relaxed & chilled with plenty of sun, lots of good food and the sparkling Mediterranean all on our doorstep! All amenities were within walking distance so it is not necessary to hire a car. We would like to come back!

bof bof !

nous revenons d un séjour de 15 jours de l'appartement. il est difficile d être objectif mais une description au plus juste s impose. appartement extrêmement bruyant, nous avons eu l impression de vivre avec nos voisins. les chambres climatisées super mais penser à vider les seau sous les tuyaux de clim souvent ( encore un System bien penser) l eau chaude .... une grande histoire il faut être patient et surtout aimer l eau froide quand même. les baies vitrées ne ferme pas à clef .... éviter les affaires de valeur a l intérieur de l appartement on sais jamais si vous avez des enfants les faites pas dormir la ou il y a le balcon il risquerait de tomber du 3 ème étage la barrière et déscellée enfin 1300 euros et 1500 km c est quasiment 3 mois de loyer en ce qui nous concernent mais pour 2 semaines dans l appartement et nous rentrons encore plus fatiguer. nous avons fallit mettre le feu a l appartement avec le barbecue. le bac à graisse étant plein le tout à pris feu donc donc nous nous sommes servis du barbecue a gaz une seule fois. nous aimerions voir si les propriétaire tienne ne serait ce que deux nuits dans leur appartement

Nous sommes si tristes que vous ayez eu une mauvaise expérience de notre appartement. Nous prenons toutes vos opinions sur le sérieux. La clôture du balcon sera bientôt remplacée par une clôture en verre. Normalement, c'est une maison très calme sans déranger les voisins, mais vous avez probablement été malchanceux s'il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans la maison pendant votre temps. C'est triste. Les autres problèmes avec l'eau froide, le barbecue et les fenêtres qui ne sont pas verrouillées, nous vous remercions de nous en informer immédiatement. Nous pouvons résoudre ce type de problème directement, ce qui a rendu votre expérience de vacances plus agréable. Nous vivons sûrement dans cet appartement. Vi har hyrt lägenheter i en stor del av Europa och Sydamerika. Den här lägenheten har allt! Den mest välutrustade och ombonade av det vi hyrt tidigare. Och staden Torre Del Mar är en härlig plats att vara i. Det var vårt 4:e besök här och vi kommer tillbaka!
