It is located at the dead end of a private street, so there is no traffic, and has a private parking lot in a closed courtyard outdoor.

Perfect location to stay away from the crowds while being close to everything: the charming and lively town of Malcesine is 8 km away - from there with a panoramic cablecar you can climb the Baldo mountain for great trekking, mountain biking, climbing, and paragliding.

Many trekking trails start from the house among the olive groves - the most beautiful one in half an hour takes you to the charming and abandoned medieval village of Campo.

The village of Porto di Brenzone (3 minutes walk from the apartment) offers beautiful beach bars with live music, pizzerias and fish restaurants (as well as shops and supermarkets).
Several windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing and sup centers in the area, offering rentals and courses. Beach volleyball, tennis and soccer fields at walking distance. 20km away from the Marciaga Golf Club.

The ferryboat that brings you to the other side of Lake Garda stops in the village of Assenza (15 min walking).

The beautiful city of Verona, famous for the opera festival in its ancient roman amphitheater, is 50 km away.

In 30 mins drive you can reach the lively towns of the southern part of the Lake (Bardolino, Lazise and Peschiera) where there are also many amusement parks: Gardaland, Caneva, Movieland, the Zoo of Pastrengo and the gardens of Park Sigurtà.

Under the castle church near which paths for Prada sul baldo and the village of campo leave, half an hour away.
On the beaches you can practice and rent and do sailing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, sup courses, nearby sailing clubs, tennis courts.
A few hundred meters bus stops for all the villages of the lake and Verona (50 km away) is the fourth city of art in Italy with the opera festival (reachable by bus).
