The house is located in a tourist residence of about 20 houses between 200 and 400 meters from Museddu beach in Cardedu.
Newly built (year 2018) and with shared swimming pool (with 10 other houses)

Composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, living room with 2 single sofa beds and kitchenette, bathroom with shower.
Outside: porch and small garden.

Le havre de paix

Ville d’Ogliastra est en endroit très reposant où chacun respecte la quiétude des autres. Les villas sont charmantes, chaque villa a son intimité. Elles sont bien équipées et organisées et s’il manque quelque chose , l’équipe d’accueil y répond tout de suite. L’environnement intérieur du complexe est très bien entretenu (pelouse arbres piscine). Le complexe est situé face à la mer ; plusieurs plages des environs sont magnifiques, celles plus au sud également . Nous nous situions aussi à 20 minutes de tortoli, point de départ d’une expérience en bateau qui nous a permis de découvrir les plus belles criques du monde. Je recommande !

Nice modern and clean appartement

We had a nice stay in the house. Fresh and modern and in a nice kind of resort with a big swimming pool. The only let down was the not really functioning airco system and it would have been nice if there would be a bar or restaurant in the resort.
