At 200 meters, all shops and all amenities, cycle paths, city bus .....
The house is composed of:
- a large living room with open fitted kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, induction hob and central island, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer, LCD TV ..........)
- The living room is open on the 2 terraces
- 1 first bedroom with 2 single beds for children
- 1 second bedroom with a bed for 2 adults 140 and a cot
- 1 third bedroom with a double bed 140 + 1 office area
Each bedroom is fitted with cupboards for storage
- a bathroom and a separate toilet.
- a garage equipped with a washing machine.

We can leave you with a stroller, gas griddle barbecue, baby high chair
