Casa Ortensia is a three-story detached house, nestled in the Tuscan countryside, yet only 5 km from the historic center of Lucca. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a kitchen, a veranda and a small bathroom. The garden is equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, a set for barbecues and deckchairs to enjoy relaxation. On the first floor there are three bedrooms: one double with direct access to the balcony and the possibility of adding a single bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a room with a single bed. On the same floor there is a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. On the second floor, the bright attic has a double bed and a small private bathroom with a shower. The space allows you to add up to two single beds. The room is also equipped with TV and air conditioning.
The house is surrounded by a large garden equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners. You can use the set for the barbecue and deckchairs to enjoy a little 'relaxation. Guests also have the possibility to use our washing machine and to park inside the property.

Ac lacking

the property was satisfactory in all respects except AC, we were there when a heat wave was unbearable! The information on the house ,to my understanding, was that the house had AC. What the house has a Ac unit in the upper bedroom and fans in the other bedrooms. the owner is a very helpful nice lady and we want to thank her but no AC

Bon séjour à Lucca

Marina est une hôte très sympathique. Sa maison, d’un style rustique, est bien équipée (lave linge, lave vaisselle, four, micro ondes, vaisselles) Elle est bien située pour visiter Lucca et la Toscane. De la place pour garer nos deux voitures (voiture indispensable). La table à manger dehors était un peu petite pour nous sept.
