Welcome to Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse – a striking, characterful townhouse set over six floors, right in the heart of the city. In 2025, the house had a stylish update, adding splashes of colour and personality throughout while preserving its period charm.

Where the Gatehouse shines is it's huge capacity, offering single beds (some of which are bunks) for up to 32 guests.

Another key feature is the huge dining table that's capable of seating very large groups for dinner events. A popular add-on for guests which we can arrange is hiring a private chef to prepare, cook and serve a 2 or 3 course dinner.

The split-level living room is the hub of the house located on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing together before stepping outside and exploring everything Brighton has to offer.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve up a feast, and has an adjoining small breakfast break-out room with a dart board.

The house comes with has a total of 8 bathrooms, 4 of which are en-suites, and rest are located inbetween each bedroom floor.

It's worth noting that this is a traditional Brighton building with plenty of stairs, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility needs. If you have questions about access, just drop us a message – we’re happy to help.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. The Royal Pavilion is literally on your doorstep, and you’re just a short stroll from Brighton Beach, the Palace Pier, and the buzzing shops, bars and restaurants of Kemptown and the North Laine. Whether you're here for vintage shopping, street food, nightlife or seaside vibes, it’s all within easy reach.

There is a mandatory £750 refundable security deposit due on the Monday before you check-in.

Please also note the price is based on 20 guests. For additional guests, there is a surcharge per person.

We limit the amount of bedrooms opened if your numbers aren't at full capacity.

Please make sure you select the correct number of guests attending before sending a booking request - we will always check guest numbers!

We welcome all types of groups to the Gatehouse including getaways with friends and families, well-behaved stag and hen groups, and corporate groups. Large-scale ticketed events or parties are not allowed. If you have questions, please ask us.
