The studio is fully furbished and is very bright and airy. We have registered our properties with the authorities and the police and are a fully legal business. We have vast knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions. We are the owners and managers of our own properties and are not just a property manager or absent landlords. We live 10 minutes away from our property and are always available to help our guests to enjoy their holiday.

We believe the property is a good value for money with its many in house facilities. It is ideally located to reach many tourist destinations and other towns and cities around without the need of a car ,specially the city of Malaga and the autonomous region of Andalucia. The property offers air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. It is connected to wifi for the use of our guests.
