About this property

Large and comfortable apartment in the green of the mountain and near the lake

The property is located in a verdant valley of chestnut and birch trees that host foxes, squirrels and deer at 700 mil. Nearby many trails start, more or less difficult to discover the surrounding peaks and shelters. Going down, at 10 min. of road you get to Pisogne that offers everything you need for our guests, bar, restaurant, beach, shopping center, port that connects with the most important places on the lake and train station that connects it to Brescia and from there to all of Italy . From there you can reach 30 minutes. of road cultural cities like Brescia and Bergamo, or important ski resort like Montecampione and 1 hour of road you get to Verona, Milan or the Stelvio National Park or Croce Domini, etc., etc.
The house consists of two apartments, both identical in size and layout. This we offer you is on the first floor. It covers 125 sqm and consists of three bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, large living room and well-equipped kitchen with a terrace balcony that covers two entire sides of the property. In the floor below there is a wet service with a shower and a washing machine. In the other garden the gazebo our guests can enjoy an above ground pool of 6x4 meters and 1.29 inches of water height.

schönes Haus, ruhige Lage

Wir haben einen sehr spontanen Kurzurlaub bei Franco und Flavia gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus liegt traumhaft ruhig am Berghang es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten auf Balkon, Terrasse und Garten ein einen schönen Platz zum Entspannen zu finden. Der Pool ist mit erfrischendem Quellwasser gefüllt, das war uns für längere Badeorgien einfach zu kalt ;-) Allerdings hat sich der von Flavia empfohlene, öffentliche Strand in Pisogne als perfekter Ersatz herausgestellt- flacher Zugang zum See, ein tolles Restaurant und viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die Anfahrt war für uns Flachlandtiroler etwas abenteuerlich, auf die Serpentinen den Berg hoch waren wir eingestellt, allerdings ist die Auffahrt zum Haus nochmal ein Stück steiler und das Wenden in der Einfahrt ist (zumindest mit dem VW Bus) nicht ganz so einfach. Als Belohnung gab es einen sehr herzlichen Empfang und ein geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit traumhafte Ruhe. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!
