Change of scenery guaranteed in a little corner of paradise south of Agadir (90 km from the airport - 1 hour and 10 minutes' drive) between the ocean and the desert. For a holiday in the sun, waterfront villa in an upscale residence, very secure far from mass tourism.

A luxury villa with half-European and half-Moroccan decoration offering a large living room with fireplace and large TV screen, large bay windows overlooking the terrace and the infinity pool.
Direct access to the private sandy beach (10 meters from the house).
3 bedrooms:
2 bedrooms on the ground floor with their en-suite bathroom (one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the tropical garden. One of them can have a maximum of 4 beds.
The master suite is upstairs with an exceptional view of the ocean, overlooking the large terrace with fitted dressing room and bathroom (shower & bath) and toilet.

The kitchen, in the extension of the dining room is equipped: hob, extractor, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher. In the cellar, washing machine and fridge. A central island with bar stools completes this convivial space.
