pool and care of joan were excellent offer bathtowels to use at the beach, offer bathrobes, change plastic kettle, offer more drinking glasses, add insect protection at the windows (sleeping rooms), keep the water fikter (in the small room with washing machine) clean and clear

Great Villa in a great location

Great location, only minutes to Porta Pollenca, Pollenca and Formentera. The house was immaculately clean and well presented. The pool was great and the patio area lovely and private. We had a party of 5 (3 young adults plus parents) and felt there was plenty of room. A few more "basics" should/could be supplied (washing up liquid, dishwasher powder, kitchen staples like salt and pepper etc - we left a lot of stuff for the next guests!

Can Suau Dalt Villa review

We had a fantastic stay at the villa and would highly recommend it. The villa itself was excellent, with a fantastic pool area that was perfect for relaxing. All of the bedrooms were spotlessly clean, with really comfortable beds, and having an en-suite bathroom with each bedroom was a huge bonus. The location was also ideal, situated roughly halfway between Pollença and Port de Pollença. This gave us the best of both worlds, with plenty of great restaurants to choose from in the evenings as well as lovely places to head out for a stroll. A special mention has to go to the Balearic Villas team. Their customer service was genuinely some of the best we have ever experienced. Communication both before our holiday and throughout our stay was second to none. They made sure everything ran smoothly and that we had all the support we needed if anything came up, which really helped us relax and enjoy the holiday. Overall, we had a brilliant stay, loved the villa and its location, and couldn't have asked for better service. We would definitely stay again! The only small improvement I would suggest would be the flooring in the lounge. The stone flooring looks great, but it can be quite uncomfortable to walk on without shoes because of the gaps and uneven surface. A layer of levelling compound to fill the gaps around the stones would make a big difference and, in my opinion, make it perfect. A slightly larger sofa in the lounge would also be a nice addition, providing a little more comfortable seating for everyone. That said, these are very minor points and certainly didn't detract from what was a fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We had a brilliant stay and would happily return.

nun sind wir wieder zurück und wollen uns unbedingt bedanken, dass wir so eine schöne Zeit in deinem Haus verbringen konnten. Es hat uns sooo gut gefallen. Vor allem der Pool mit dem Ausblick! ☺️ Man merkt, mit wieviel Liebe und Sorgfalt das Haus und der Garten gestaltet wurde. Es ist immer wieder schön, wenn jemand ein so gutes Gespür für Materialien und Details hat. Schön war auch, durch die Fotos die Geschichte der Sanierung zu verfolgen. Unglaublich, wie viel Arbeit und Herzblut ihr da reingesteckt habt! Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles… Herzliche Grüße
