We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and Emília is a fantastic host! She made the check-in process seamless and gave us many great recommendations. When she found out it was my birthday she brought some treats and wine! So thoughtful and kind!

Small basic studio in old property but has all your needs catered for and a super comfy bed. Emilia was very attentive and helpful providing tips on local area. Close to a wide selection of great restaurants and walking distance to all major sights and places of interest

Idyllic flat in a dreamlike city

Fantastic stay in a cosy flat in the city centre of Porto. Clean, tidy and safe; offering all the facilities the weary traveller may need. Located in a neighbourhood full of life, bars, restaurants and parks to enjoy. Flat to enjoy and be seduced by the city.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement du 25/mai au 1er juin.literie très bonne ,la pièce a vivre propre . Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise , pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, ni dans le lave mains.la douche se trouve dans un recoin et cette soi-disant salle de bain n'est pas plus grande qu'un petit placard. Les plaques de la gazinière sont toutes rouillées( je ne les ai pas utilisées) quel dommage que je ne puisse pas joindre de photos. Franchement comment ABRITEL peut proposer une telle location. Durant notre séjour nous n'avons pas aperçu la propriétaire. Location à déconseiller.

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos.

Appartement bien placé près du métro et non loin de la gare. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. L appartement est vétuste, il n'y a pas d eau chaude à l évier ni au lave main dans les WC où il n est pas possible de se laver les dents. Pour La douche il faut passer devant les WC, elle se situe dans un racoin où il est impossible de se déshabiller et le rideau de douche n est pas d une grande efficacité pour protéger des projections d eau. Le coin cuisine est sobrement aménagé. Une hotte en béton est juste à la hauteur de votre tête. Il n y a pas de cafetière mais un appareil à capsule. La pièce principale est sombre et éclairée par des néons. Pas de chevet ni de lampes près du lit. Le parquet mériterait un bon décrassage. Bref ne vous fiez pas aux photos avec le beau tapis. Nous avons passé une semaine à Porto et j' avais hâte de quitter cet endroit peu accueillant.

Appartamento carino in buona posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti da Emilia, che è stata sempre pronta ad aiutarci ed è una perfetta host. L'appartamento è carino, pulito e ben fornito di tutto, i letti sono comodi e la zona è tranquilla. L'unica pecca è il lavandino del bagno veramente piccolo e con sola acqua fredda. Grazie Emilia, sei stata sempre veramente gentile ed impeccabile, sempre disponibile!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le logement d'Emilia. Appartement bien localisé pour visiter Porto. Emilia est une hôte très sympathique, et très disponible pour tout conseil.(ainsi que son mari). Excellent emplacement

L'accueil d'Emilia a été excellent, tout comme son attention tout au long de notre séjour. Le logement est très bien situé dans Porto, que l'on peut ainsi visiter à pied. De même, plein de bars et restaurants tout proche .
