Elegant Villa Petra, Thea and a guest house with a swimming pool and sea view

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are few hotels on the island, so mainly private residents are rented out in the summer months. Most of these houses are made from local stone, giving Kea its unique architecture. Kea is not a tourist island and has therefore kept its original charm. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day.

Villa Petra and Thea are located on a hillside, offering spectacular views of the surrounding area and the Aegean sea. Though the villa is in a quiet location, only 1.5 kilometers away is the picturesque Marina of Vourkari, with its restaurants, bars and cafes. The closest sandy beaches to the villa are Gialiskari and Otzia only a 5 minute drive. This villa is ideal for those that want to have a quiet and relaxing time by the pool during the day, but have easy access to the restaurants and night life.

The two properties are in one villa on a 4,000sq meters plot of land, which makes them ideal for a group of friends or two families. Villa Petra is on the ground floor of the villa and the two upper floors of the villa are Villa Thea. In the garden is a large swimming pool with a covered seating and dining area, on the other side of the villa is another covered seating and dining area.

The villas have been tastefully decorated and give one a feeling of peace and tranquility. Villa Petra (ground floor) has a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there are two sofa beds, suitable for young children. Villa Thea (second floor), has a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a single bed and a guest w.c. The first floor of Villa Thea has two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as 2 bathrooms with showers.

In the garden is the guest house "Ilios", which has a living room room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The villa and guest house will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
