From sun up to sundown, this gulf-front, gorgeous condominium on the 10th floor of Emerald Towers in Destin has a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico like no other. You get the best of the views, the shimmering sands, and the vast blue-green Gulf of Mexico, straight ahead and magnificent clear view of the sunset to the west.

You will feel like you are in heaven!and you sip your morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the crystal clear waters and plan your day ahead. You can take a stroll on the beach, take a dip in the pool, work up a sweat in the fitness room. Bring your racket for a challenging game of tennis. Walk to one of Destin's fine restaurants or just relax at the beach and sink your toes in the powdery white sand.

This unit has all the comforts of home with 3 flat screen TVs, DVD players, VCR and stereo, and all the tools you would need in a kitchen to make a gourmet meal or a snack.

This unit has two bedrooms,and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed that is as comfortable as clouds. The guest room has two twin beds. The living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa.

Emerald Towers is centrally located close to Big Kahuna's, water and amusement parks, shopping stores and many fine restaurants.

Emerald Towers is 1 mile from mid-Bay Bridge and Destin Commons, Destin's newest shopping and family entertainment complex.

Beautiful view, nice clean condo. Bed was comfy in master. We didn’t use the spare room. Had a issue with master toilet and had maintenance come up, they fixed it immediately and were very nice.definitely recommend this unit…

Emerald towers as a whole is fine, our particular condo was TERRIBLE. So outdated, paint chipped off all cabinets, walls look like they haven’t been painted in decades. The TV and internet were out when we arrived on Friday. Finally afternoon on Saturday the TV was working but never did have internet. The bathroom mirror frame had years of dust in the crevices, patio doors wouldn’t lock. Needs a serious deep clean/ update

Thank you for staying How come you never mentioned any of these issues while you stayed in the condo except for the TVs and Wi-Fi, which was a problem affecting the entire building, so it was an issue for the HOA, which was also fixed by the cable company in a very timely manner You also got a one star review from me

The pictures were very deceiving. The Beach view was amazing, but everything in the condo was so old and outdated. The dishwasher was so bad the top rack will hardly come out . Not well stocked for cooking , no extra cleaning supplies. Vacuum so old it doesn’t work well enough to pick up sand off the floor Only had two trash bags . Shower in the master bath should have been replaced 10 years ago . Location was amazing, beach view amazing as well . Would have been nice to know ahead of time that you can’t use your own beach umbrella. That made me have to pay an extra 180.00 for there chair and umbrella for 4 days .

Let me start by saying that I have stayed at Emerald Towers since 1987. The location is great and the views are amazing. It’s very convenient being right on the beach. This could be a great condo if the owner would do some updates. I wish someone would have posted before I went that NONE of the TVs are Smart TVs, so you cannot stream any of your services such as Netflix or Hulu. The Wi-Fi is very spotty and did not work at times which made it impossible to even watch a movie on our computer or do any work. The condo is nice but overall needs updating as most of the fixtures seem like they’re the originals from the 80s.

Love the proximity to the beach and Harbor Walk! Loved the ocean view from our balcony. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The a/c went down on day 2 and they had it fixed that very evening. Enjoyed our stay!

I was overall pleased with our stay. The condo was a little dated, however it was perfect for our little family. The location was great and accommodating. We are frequent visitors to Destin and will definitely be a returning guest.
