Great views and magnificent home

The listing doesn’t do the home justice. Beautiful views and new home was perfect. Nice pool. Close to the ferry. The owner Claudia and agent Maria were very responsive and helped us book a few upscale activities. Great for a large family or several couples. We had 5 couples. 5 bedrooms and 6 baths. Large seating area and outdoor furniture to sit be the pool or sit on then deck area and relax. Great stay!

Horrible

Okay so- the last day of the trip. Me and my family are waiting for shuttles to pick us up. We are in a desolate area on a monday and it takes quite a while to get a car. I message Maria, the so called owner of the property, letting her know I am waiting for a car and it should be there in 30 minutes. She says okay, thank you. Next thing I know, a woman walks in and says get out of my house or I am calling the police. It is 10 20, check out is at 10 30 and I just told (who I thought) the owner of the home that I am waiting for my car. This woman goes on a tear through of the home and starts screaming at myself and my family and starts throwing things at us. We are confused, mortified, and also annoyed since this place is expensive and we do not understand why we are being treated so poorly. They grabbed our bags and threw them outside like we were squatters- I still do not understand who the hell is running this property but I don't recommend that anyone gets involve with these people. They are bad news.

Dearest Arianna, unfortunately there has been a great misunderstanding, I take care of reservations and customers The person you say attacked you is the owner. I am very sorry that the holiday ended in this way, also because it started very well, also considering your positive messages Unfortunately, I was not present, but I heard on the phone the screams from you against the owner and I must say that I was very scared I have never witnessed such a thing and if you read the reviews, everyone enjoyed it The owner got nervous because you didn't reply to the messages the previous evening, when she came in to check out you started laughing, also we had to prepare the house for the next customer and this was impossible with you inside the house Your friends have left the house without waiting for the person to check out. Also there was some minor damage (nothing major of course) I certainly don't blame all of you, tempers are too hot I would have been more accommodating to you. I'm so sorry for everything !! Thanks anyway
