Nice Complex

Stayed in this complex about 7 years ago in a different unit, this unit was a good bit nicer. Pretty much everything was in new condition, also allowed us a late checkout. Probably the best pool in the area.

Best ocean view

My family loved this condo! The decor was beautifully done and nicely renovated condo. The kitchen had all cooking supplies needed for the week. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Samara.

Lieu exceptionnel propre et près de tous, tous est fonctionnel et la piscine elle est très chaude et la communication avec l'hôte 100% a l'écoute de son client. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Un gros merci !!!

Good stay with some negatives

The pictures are accurate and the views from the main living room is stunning. The kitchen and living area are large and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need and the couches are large and comfortable. TV works great and Wifi is good. Overall a good stay but the first negative makes it borderline 3 stars. Local is just outside of town and perfect. The negatives are as follows; 1) The biggest negative is the sewer smells that permeates into the unit from both bathrooms. The older bathroom is near unusable due to this. We also had a very strong sewer smell in the laundry room which was fixed by the local handyman who responded quickly. There was never a time when the smell was completely gone. The smell is also present outside but at least the light breeze keeps it at bay. 2) The bedrooms are small and the one with the smelly, older bathroom has no windows hence no ventilation or natural light. We did not use this bedroom except for storage. 3) The building is up a steep, unpaved road and you will need a 4x4 for it. It is not lit so hard to find at night.

My husband and I are from Canada and we purchase this unit in april 2016. We are going twice a year in Samara to take care of our condo. We like to make sure everything is top clean and perfect you!

Why they chose this property

We rent at Veneto Condominium In march 2016 and that place was so perfect with that amazing view of the ocean from the pool and the balcony! We decide to buy a condo there. I hope that you will discover this peace of paradise to.
Samara is a quiet little beach town with all amenities requires to enjoy a great holiday with small shops and Many good restaurants. The surfing is great and the people are very friendly.

What makes this property unique

You can enjoy a walk to the beach at any time of the day. Take a surfing lesson, yoga or go for a horseback ride. Enjoy a quiet evening swim in the pool just below you. Go to town for a local meal, pizza, Italian, seafood or steack.
And for those who are vegan there are at least two specializes restaurants for you!
And also there is a good microbrewery on the village:)
