The spacious apartment is equipped to the highest standard with 2 luxury bedrooms. The king sized main bed has an en-suite bathroom and dressing area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, integrated wardrobes and an adjacent bathroom. The hallway leads into open plan living room and kitchen areas, which is equipped to a high standard. The marbled floored living area, opens into a beautiful glass room for additional privacy, which also overlooks the communal pool and landscaped gardens.
The large (1229 sq. ft.) wrap around terrace is equipped with designer sun loungers, for those sun worshipers, together with a glass dining table, which is ideal for outside dining.
Front terrace glass room with folding glass panels throughout, together with luxurious table and cushioned sofa/chairs.
Guests benefit from fast free fibre-optic broadband/wi-fi throughout.
Security: A Pedestrian access controlled by video porter.
In the immediate area, only 10 minutes walk is the El Soto Clubhouse Restaurant, which is ideal for drinks and dining.

Just a great place
We spend 2 weeks in this amazing apartment in La Floresta. It is absolute a “WAUUV” view in this penthouse.
Everything in the apartment is new and nice. Pretty nice decor and the terrace area is overwhelming.
There is almost only good thing to say about this place 😊
We will be back again some day 😊
This place is worth visiting and we highly recommend it.
