Immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility and located in the center of a large private property, Residence Garden offers its guests a relaxing stay in the heart of the "Alto Garda Bresciano Park", far from the chaos and noise of the main roads .
Located on a panoramic plateau, at a height of about 450 Mt from the lake level, the residence is located in the hamlet of Tignale: Prabione
Characterized by an architectural structure that combines modern style with the rustic taste of stone and wood, Residence Garden consists of 12 finely furnished apartments.
The three-room apartment with balcony has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with kitchen. From the private balcony you have a wonderful view of the lake, the old village of Malcesine and the imposing Monte Baldo.
There is a private swimming pool, open from mid-May to mid-September, private parking, barbecue area.

Für Genießer und Naturliebhaber genau das richtige.

Wir waren als Familie und haben einen Ort zur Entspannung gesucht. Diese haben wir in Tignale Prabione bei Fabiola gefunden. Das Objekt und die Ferienwohnung sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist gigantisch. Mann sitzt in der Ferienwohnung wie auf einen Königsstuhl über Prabione mit einen super Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Wer die Touristischen Hotspots meiden möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. Und wenn man doch mal flanieren möchte, ist das auch kein Problem mit PKW. Ansonsten hat man in der Umgebung die Möglichkeit Lebensmittel einzukaufen. Es gibt reichlich Restaurants und im Ort eine kleine Bar. Durch die Vermieter wird ein Brötchen Service angeboten. Die Vermieterin spricht ausgezeichnet Deutsch und ist immer für einen Plausch gut. Man kann Sie auch jederzeit über Messengerdienst erreichen sollte es Fragen oder Probleme geben. Fabiola ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben auf jeden Fall eine sehr schöne Woche in Prabione verbracht und kommen gern wieder. Auf diesem Weg nochmals vielen Dank an Fabiola.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage

Das Objekt sehr schön gelegen mit einer atemberaubende Aussicht auf Gardasee. Ist aber nicht so ideal für Familien mit Kindern, wenn das Wetter schlecht wird. Die Auffahrt ist sehr steil nicht für jeden Autofahrer.
