HOUSE VILLA PIETRACORBARA WITH LARGE GARDEN SHADOW NEAR THE BEACH IN QUIET

House on a plot of 1200 m², local vegetation maquis (arbutus, heather, myrtle) + shade of oaks and weeping willow, flower garden.
The beach is about 1km, one of the largest sandy beaches of Cape Corsica.
Please note that the wifi is very low and only accessible outside, the connection being that of the countryside, we are far from urban performance.
Small bed and equipment for young children on request
A double room 160, a sofa bed sofa bed, shower and separate toilet, kitchenette.

Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour. Rien ne manque dans le logement et l’extérieur, très arboré est très agréable même en plein après-midi car il y a toujours un endroit ombragé. Mme Antoni est présente au besoin et de bon conseil. À 2 minutes de la plage de Pietracorbara, environ 40 minutes de Bastia, le coin est juste magnifique.

Une annexe juxtaposée à la maison principale, une terrasse ensoleillée d'un côté de l'autre arborée et sublimé d'une pergola avec bien entendu tout le mobilier de jardin. Les propriétaires très à l'écoute des besoins de leurs locataires. Un accueil chaleureux et souple concernant les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Le tout pour passer d'agréable vacances. Mitten in der Natur

Etwas abseits vom Ferienrummel, aber in unmittelbarer Nähe zum phantastischen Strand mit traumhaft klaren Wasser befindet man sich in einer begeisternden und vielfältigen Natur. Man ist stets umgeben von einer bezaubernden, südländischen Flora. Die Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch und bequem eingerichtet und lässt für den Selbstversorger nichts vermissen. Für Jede und Jeden, der auf einen selbst organisierten und naturbezogenen Urlaub steht, aber auch für Wander- und Badefreunde sind dieser Ort und Unterkunft bestens geeignet. Die Vermieterin ergänzt mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft stets diesen besonderen Eindruck.

It has been a beautiful week

The beautiful apartment is next to nice owners house surrounded by a nice garden. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were helpful. Be aware that there are a lot of mosquitos (just like everywhere on Corse) especially in the garden. So if you are prone for getting stung bring some good repellent. Scent / spirals did not help. We bought a mosquito net for the night. Our daughter used the slide a few times :) don’t rely on the WiFi - it does not work in the apartment (as you may have read in the comments and also by the owner). There is a nespresso machine. Around the corner is a Swimmingpool you can use when you dine st the camping place. We enjoyed our time at the house and at Cap Corse.

Uns hat es gefallen:

le logement est comme décrit. Contre la chaleur, il y a trois ventilateurs. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, sur la cuisinière électrique double peut préparer des repas simples. Les luxueux sont lave-vaisselle et machine à laver. Il n'y a pas de moustiquaire, il faut donc éviter les fenêtres ouvertes le soir. L'équipement de terrain de jeu est dû au vieillissement n'est plus utilisable. La plage avec de simples pizzerias est à 1 km, le supermarché le plus proche est à 8 km. Le nettoyage final est à prévoir par le locataire. Wi-Fi est actuellement uniquement dans le jardin, mais pas dans l'hébergement. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et serviables et nous ont offert une bouteille d’adieu à Rose! die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Gegen die Hitze gibt es drei Ventilatoren. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, auf der elektrischen Doppelherdplatte lassen sich einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Luxuriös sind Spühl- und Waschmaschine. Fliegengitter gibt es keine, so dass abends offene Fenster vermieden werden sollten. Die Spielplatzgeräte sind alterungsbedingt nicht mehr nutzbar. Der Strand mit einfachen Pizzerien ist 1km, der nächste Supermarkt ist 8km entfernt. Die Endreinigung wird vom Mieter erwartet. WLAN gibt es derzeit nur im Garten aber nicht in der Unterkunft. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns zum Abschied eine Flasche Rose geschenkt!

la maison est conforme à la description. Le jardin est très agréable et beaucoup plus beau que sur les photos, nous avons été agréablement surpris. L'endroit est très calme et proche de la plage, c'est ce que nous voulions. Notre fils et nous revenons ravis de nos vacances. Merci également pour l'accueil et la discrétion de la propriétaire.

La maison est conforme au descriptif. Tout est propre et il ne manque rien. Le jardin est très agréable et ombragé. La propriétaire qui habite juste à côté est très discrète mais disponible en cas de besoin. La location est idéale pour un couple avec 2 jeunes enfants.

superbe semaine !!!! les lieux sont identiques à la description et aux photos, aucune mauvaise surprise. très bon accueil, joli jardin très bien entretenu, barbecue à disposition, logement propre avec toutes commodités... idéal couple ou famille, au calme, au milieu de la verdure, à 15 minutes à pied d'une des plus belle plage du Cap, à 25 minutes en voiture de Bastia, idéalement bien situé pour découvrir ce magnifique Cap Corse. merci à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité, son accueil, sa discrétion et sa sympathie.

Très beau séjour

La mini villa ressemble en tous points à la description, aucune mauvaise surprise. La propriétaire est charmante, donnant les renseignements necéssaires. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le village est très riche en fontaines, églises, maisons, ponts, tout génoise et chemins de randonnée. En un mot nous sommes ravis de ce séjour, une adresse à garder même hors saison.

La maison est très jolie et bien entretenue, entourée d'un beau jardin avec un grand espace pour manger et pour les enfants, avec aussi la possibilité de faire un barbecue. La plage est à proximité à pied (un quart d'heure). La propriétaire est gentil et très disponible.

Un séjour très agréable

La location correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes: Calme, très beau jardin privatif, équipement très correct et complet. Nous avons été parfaitement conseillés par la propriétaire qui s'est montrée à la fois discrète et disponible notamment lors d'une panne de notre voiture. Le Cap Corse est un lieu de découvertes de balades, de jolies criques et de villages authentiques. A recommander de tout coeur. Jacques et Brigitte
