2nd Row, 3 Bedroom, 2 Full bath almost 1300 square feet that sleeps 6. Open concept living room and kitchen. Dining for 8 and a screened in back porch with ocean views. The deck is 360 degrees around the whole house. Outdoor shower for rinsing off. Laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Master bedroom has king size bed with views of the ocean. Second bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom has two twins. Local artist Bill Thompson and others throughout the whole house. Fenced in yard. Come to the Crabby Pelican and walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes!

Annual girls trip for 60 year olds

The cottage inside looks just like the photos comfortably furnished. Loved the artwork, close to the water, very disappointed in the lack of communication- never received a packet of information with instructions, was given the wrong combination for the lockbox, could not get into the cottage, the hostess was not available and we Waited for help in 100-plus temp..for over an hour... Ice maker was not working, Remote for the elevator stopped working, we purchased new batteries since none were available but it still did not work. We specifically rented this cottage because of the elevator. We are 79 and I recently had a heart attack.

Girls Trip 2023

We had a great time. The house was lovely. Great location, we could see the beach. Short walk to the beach. Being able to use the lift was a great added feature for “ladies of a certain age .” We will be back.😊🏖️

Mildew smell for days

The property was a great location, and we loved that we could bring our fur baby. However, the cleaning lady folded bath and beach towels wet in the closet, and when we walked in, the entire house was full of a very strong mildew smell. It was terrible! 1st thing I did was wash and dry them all. We sprayed Febreze and added smell good wax melts. It helped a little. Must have been sitting in there for days. When we got home, we had to wash everything we brought, even our bag bc the mildew definitely left its mark. I would recommend this home to others, but I would highly recommend that the owner wash everything in the house, and hire a new cleaning lady.

Each year my rental income gets put back into the house for improvements. This year (2018) the kitchen and guest bedroom were remodeled and re-designed. My hopes for the upcoming year is a garage and downstairs bar.
