Stunning 3 bedroom/2 bath, 2nd floor condo with breathtaking views perfect for a family getaway. Located oceanfront at La Vida del Mar in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, NJ; just north of Cape May and south of the Wildwoods. It's the ideal destination for beach, dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf, and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk.

Unit include an updated kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, shiplap walls and tile floors. Gourmet kitchen is complete with new cabinetry, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee machine.

Dining area seats 6 at the table plus 4 bar stools at the counter.

Spacious master bedroom overlooks the beach and has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and large shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Bunk room has 2 bunk bed sets (twin over twin and twin over full futon). Second bathroom features large shower and vanity.

The living room has a sectional sofa, ceiling fan, large flat screen smart TV. Off of the living room is the private ocean-view balcony with dining table, lounge seating, grill, and mini fridge. The perfect place to watch the sunrise and sip your morning coffee, read a book or enjoy dinner and a cocktail.

The condo is equipped with central air, a gas fireplace, Free WIFI and cable TV. There is also a full laundry room with washer, dryer and a sink.

On-site amenities include a large pool with on-staff pool attendant, separate kiddie pool, hot tub, lounge chairs and picnic tables. Community BBQ grills and outdoor ping pong table are located just off the pool area.

There is designated parking for 2 vehicles in the gated parking lot. If you have a third vehicle, street parking is available. The building has a ramp to the first floor where the elevator can be accessed. Luggage carts are available to help you unload easily. Beach and pool tags are included with unit rental.

The Club at Diamond Beach is right out your door and offers restaurant beach dining, live music and a full service beach bar.

We very much enjoyed the 2nd floor condo with ocean view and lovely beachy decor. We sat often on the terrace and watched the waves - so peaceful. There are 2 large, comfortable chairs for relaxing, as well as a table and chairs for meals. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach. Bathrooms and kitchen are new and well appointed. Everything was just as described. Quick drive to Cape May for dinner.

A beautiful condo with an amazing view! The owners thought of everything from games, books to read, charging cords, binoculars and so much more. We were on a short stay for 4 days and 3 nights off season. It wasn’t sit on the beach weather but walking on the beach/wildwood boardwalk and short drive to Cape May made for an enjoyable stay. 10/10 Don’t hesitate to book here! Beautiful Condo - Great Location

We had a great stay at Diamond Beach. The condo was exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked with high quality items and everything needed. The view of the beach was great and we were able to hear the live music from the balcony on the weekend nights. The check process was very easy. Matthew communicated throughout and was great to deal with.

Other reviewers wrote that the photos don’t do this place justice - and they were right!!!! A beautiful space, decorated wonderfully, with incredible views of the ocean and a spacious balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Other things you can’t know just from photos: the mattresses are good quality and comfortable. The condo is beautiful AND super functional. The kitchen is wonderful if you like to cook - high quality knives and cutting boards, tons of pots and pans, a great oven and stove, bright, clean and well laid out. The grounds and the pool and hot tub are well maintained. (We got lucky with warm weather in late September!)You DO need to provide your own sheet sets towels and bathmats (this is an antiquated practice from decades ago that lingers on at the Jersey Shore); we thought about packing all of that, but then decided to contact the Linen Fairies, who provided all of that (towels, bathmats, sheet sets, etc) for a fee, and even got in early to make up the beds for us in advance. We highly recommend them.

Our stay at Matt’s place was perfect. It was clean, comfy and felt like home away from home. The location was great. Everything we needed was there. A Vacation Paradise

This is the best property we have ever stayed at! We love it so much. The location, the home (decor, supplies provided, etc) are perfect for creating a relaxing, fun-filled getaway. We were lucky to be staying over the Fourth of July. We sat on the deck and get like the Diamond beach firework show was a private show just for us. We are already talking about our next stay!!!

This property was one of the nicest that I have ever rented. The view was breathtaking. The condo was impeccably clean and decorated beautifully. The beach is literally footsteps away. It was so peaceful and quiet. I am beyond impressed! Matt and Toni were amazing. They answered all of your questions within minutes and made you feel welcomed into their home. Short, but sweet trip to Diamond Beach

From the start the property manager was very helpful and had emailed me a few days prior to check-in with all the necessary information about what was included at the property, how to access the place, and any other necessary information before my stay. The property is exactly as described online with a new and modern feel, beautifully decorated and with lots of gadgets for the kitchen. And because me and my party had lots of luggage, it was extremely helpful to find a luggage cart to help bring our bags up from the parking lot. I really enjoyed my stay at this property and will be sure to return the next time a trip to the beach is in the plan. Thank you!

Our best vacation stay anywhere, ever.

This is the best place we have ever stayed, and I would include our honeymoon suite at the Ritz in Maui in that list of places this Diamond Beach condo is better than. I love it so much that I didn't want to write this review because I want to book it again - but it's only fair to share how wonderful this spot is. All the good stuff: The space itself is very large - much larger than it appeared in the pictures. The decor is subtle, gorgeous, and high-quality materials. The beds are comfortable. If you've booked shore houses in the past, you know this is a rarity. The location is perfect - facing the beach at the quiet end of the island The private beach just steps away wasn't crowded and at lowtide, there were deep tidal pools my little kids could play in. There were thousands of unbroken shells and even hermit crabs! At first I thought the pool might be too deep for my 6 & 3 year old, but with the help of the pool noodles already there, the pool became their favorite place. The owner was responsive and kind, and you can tell that the condo is their family vacation home, which makes it feel more special. The FYIs: On Friday night, the beach club has live music - sometimes DJs, sometimes a band, and you can definitely hear it. I would not bring kids under 3 here. As it is, my 3-year old left her mark on the place, and I was glad I got the insurance policy. The decor includes a lot of glass, high-quality light-colored fabrics, a real wood table dining table you can't get wet, and breakable knickknacks. The owner asks (and for good reason) that you don't eat food in the carpeted areas of the house, which include the living room and bedrooms. It's not very practical to use the communal outdoor showers at the pool or at the beach after a day at the beach. If you really want the outdoor shower experience, this probably isn't the place for you.

A little piece of Heaven

The condo was so nicely decorated and the ocean view was priceless. The amenities were exactly what you needed for a beach vacation. Matt was so easily to contact and the check in and out process was seamless. The tiki bar and live music only steps from our room was a bonus.

Spectacular property

Matthew was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions and provided all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo is beautiful with a fabulous view of the ocean. Very clean, nicely decorated, all updated. The private beach is gorgeous with a large expanse of shallow water that is perfect for kids. We saw dolphins almost every day. The Diamond Beach Club is at the entrance to the beach and is so convenient with food, ice cream, drinks, and the best pizza. They have music every might. We were near the Boardwalk and Cape May. There were many amenities within walking distance. We enjoyed every day we were there and are looking forward to coming back.
