3 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence Cycladic villa just 60 meters walk to the beach, sleeps 8. The property is part of Niriides complex of residences and is located at the slope of Vourni bay, at a distance of 6 km from the town of Tinos, on an area of 4.000 square meters and at a distance of 60m from the bay beach.
A traditional three levels, 98 m2 residence villa that can sleep up to 6 people, Ideal for families that enjoy swimming and relaxing by the beach.
In the basement there is one bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed and a big bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a living room where one person can sleep, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom . On the veranda there is a large dining table under the pergola with amazing sea view.
On the upper floor there is a double bed.
A common use stone BBQ and stone oven are available for you to cook your meals.
There is also a beautiful garden around the property.

Finally, aside to the beach there is an amazing restaurant named "Bianco" , where local cuisine is served, as well as coffees, drinks etc

Tough location

House is beautiful, but needs better communication about the road and access .Even if you rent a car, if your not experienced driver( which we are) it was very stressful to get in and out of this location.Not what was needed on your peaceful vacation.Host should do a better job of clearing commcation about the drive.I sure car rental in tinos would not be happy and ability to keep any car safe is 40/60

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. However, you are the first guest in our property that didn't follow punctually our specific instructions how to reach the property-and this is not our fault. we sent you the exact location by google maps. Iam sorry to refer also that: 1) you did not pay the government tax of staying of 15 euros per day which is illegal and not respectful, 2) you left all your rubbish at the house, 3) you left many lights open... Surely would not recommend you as a guest to the Vrbo community. Kind Regards Marios

Wonderful and very Greek

This property is one of a kind and has a perfect view of the sea and sunset. Rooms are comfortable and the entire house screams Tinos. Everyone of our friends loved it. Highly recommended, we will be back again!

Tinos Getaway

With a family of four, we were not crazy about this stay. The house is a 15-minute drive from Tinos and isolated. It has no landscaping. It is 60 meters from a small, nice beach, but the view from the house is of the back of a beach restaurant. In the house, the stareways are tall and narrow. The bathrooms are small, with the showers unseparated from the toilets (I was fine with that, but my wife and daughters hated it). The lack of wifi was frustrating for us. However, the house is well priced for three bedrooms and a pool. .

Though the lack of WIFI is a minus of the house, it is clearly stated in the description that it is not available. We will work on that. The same is for the distance from the city port (it is shown clearly at the Homeaway property description). However, we have to disagree with your opinion about the view- there is an amazing sea view from each of the three floor terraces (again, it is shown clearly in the links of the Homeaway.com listing).
