- eat-in kitchen with table and chairs, sink, mixer, electric oven, 4-burner gas stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, NESCAFé DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, German coffee machine, utensils, dishes, table linen, satellite TV, iron and ironing board on request, ceiling fan.
Welcome kit: capsules, tee, sugar, napkins, dishcloth, dish soap sponge. It will not be replenished during the stay.

- bedroom, equipped with sheets, blankets and pillows, is furnished with a double bed with slats, memory mattress and a bunk bed with slats, large wardrobe, bedside tables, safe and a balcony equipped with chairs and table; you can enjoy a splendid lake view. ceiling fan.

To enjoy the fresh water of the lake, take evening walks or practice the numerous water sports activities, it takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the beaches, countless opportunities to participate in kite or surfing courses...
5 km away is the Malcesine cable car that will take you from the slopes to the top of Monte Baldo, where you will find restaurants and bars and you will have the opportunity to get in touch with nature or go paragliding.

Toller Blick über den Gardasee

Wir (eine vierköpfige Familie) haben auf unserer Rückreise aus Süditalien eine Nacht im Casa Nina verbracht. Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wahnsinnig tollen Blick über den Gardasee. Fußläufig erreicht man Pizzerien, einen Supermarkt, eine Eisdiele sowie den schönen Kiesstrand. Für einen Kurzurlaub am Gardasee können wir das Apartment sehr empfehlen.

Preis-Leistung Passt.

An dem Objekt ist nichts auszusetzen. Ein kleines Manko ist lediglich, das sich in der Küche kein Fenster befindet. Dort befindet sich nur eine Milchglasscheibe in der Außentür. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gibt gute Tipps führ Unternehmungen. Insgesamt kann ich diese Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben die Zeit bei Antonietta und Ihrer Familie sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Auszeit zu zwei am Gardasee

Wir haben uns bei Antonietta und Massimo wohl gefühlt und auch unsere Hündin wurde sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Die Lage der Wohnung am Berg, etwas abseits vom Durchgangsverkehr am See, ist toll, wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag. Man kann schön draußen sitzen, entweder auf dem Balkon mit einem superschönen Ausblick oder an zwei weiteren schattigen Sitzplätzen. Als Familie zu viert fänden wir die Wohnung etwas beengt, aber mit zwei Personen passt es gut. Ausflüge ins auch mit dem Bus gut zu erreichende nahe und hübsche Malcesine rundeten unsere Urlaubswoche ab.

saubere, schöne Ferienwohnung - 10 Min. zu Fuß zum See

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war bestens in Ordnung und sauber. Zu Viert (ein Doppelbett und 1 Stockbett stehen in einem Zimmer) wäre es uns zu eng, außer man bleibt - zum Beispiel auf der Durchreise weiter in den Süden - nur 1-2 Nächte. Kleiner Balkon - gut zu zweit (ohne Dach, bei Regen also nicht so ideal), Außensitzplatz ganz lauschig! Sollten alle 3 Ferienwohnungen belegt sein, ist dieser allerdings gerade am kleinen Durchgang zu den anderen Wohnungen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen gemeinsamen Außenbereich, den wir jetzt aber nicht nützten. Wer kleinen Wanderungen direkt vom Haus weg machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig, dafür ins Auto setzen ist nicht notwendig... Die Vermieter sind sehr nett! Unser Resümee: wir können diese Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Seeblick

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Casa Nina im App. Sole, das neue renovierte Bad und der schöne Seeblick vom Balkon, einfach toll. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Die Lage ruhig und oberhalb des Dorfes ist prima!

Erholung pur!!!

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in der Casa Nina verbracht. Wer gerne mal raus will aus dem Großstadtalltag ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage ist fantastisch, weil man auch in einem vielbesuchten Urlaubsort wie Garda die Möglichkeit hat sich mal zurückzuziehen und einen Kaffee oder abends einen Wein auf dem Balkon mit dem traumhaft mediterranen Ausblick auf den Gardasee geniesen kann. Man wird hier sehr herzlich empfangen und erhält die besten Tipps für die Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr geplegt und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, wenn man auch mal die Lust verspürt mit dem frischen Gemüse, was man bei dem nächsten kleinen Markt bekommen kann was Delikates zaubern möchte . Von Assenza kann man auch mit dem Bus alle weiteren Orte besuchen, u.a. Monte Baldo, Malcesine, Garda, und vieles mehr. Dieses Appartement ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den traumhaften und vor allem erholsamen Urlaub!

Wunderbare Aussicht

Wir haben uns im Casa Nina sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang herzlich, die Wohnung sehr sauber, gepflegt und der Blick vom Balkon über die Olivenbäume auf den See wunderschön. Zum See geht es entlang der ruhigen Strasse 5 Minuten steil den Berg hinunter. Fussläufig befindet sich ein gut ausgestatteter Lebensmittelmarkt. Bei den wenigen und teuren Parkplätzen am Gardasee schätzten wir den Hauseigenen Parkplatz sehr. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen, für vier Personen wäre sie uns allerdings deutlich zu eng gewesen.
